This hillside apartment in Ricadi, with breathtaking views of the "Costa Degli Dei", is part of a vacation complex (16 apartments and 13 rooms) with communal pool. It is located just 12 km from Tropea and a few minutes from the crystal clear sea that characterizes this part of Calabria. The property is located in a small agricultural structure where you can see horses, goats and domestic animals grazing freely, a joy not only for children. Near the apartment you will find a bar and a restaurant with typical products, a pizzeria, a parking lot and a coin laundry. The apartment is furnished in a simple and functional way, with a nice covered terrace for outdoor meals, from where you can admire the splendid view as far as Sicily, the Aeolian Islands and the promontory of Capo Vaticano. On site you can book mini-cruises to the Aeolian Islands (on request and payment). In the same complex is IKK389.

Sehr schöne Anlage mit kleinen Mankos

Wir haben im Oktober einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht. Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist, was aufgrund der Lage in 270 m Höhe gut war. Anlage war sehr schön, weitläufig und sauber. Insgesamt sind ca 15 Zimmer/Wohnungen da, ein schöner Pool, der bei voller Anlage für alle ausreicht, wenn man auch an den Strand geht. Der ist allerdings nur mit dem Auto zu erreichen oder man ist gut zu Fuß. Parkplätze am Strand im August wahrscheinlich schwierig. Die Tiere sind nicht zum Streicheln! Pferd schlägt aus, der Hase ist eingesperrt und freut sich sehr über etwas grünen Löwenzahn. Katzen freuen sich auf Streicheleinheiten und Essen. Die Küchenausstattung ist typisch Süditalien die Katastrophe. Tipp: scharfes Messer, Schneidbrett und vielleicht Töpfe selbst mitbringen. Oder man geht vor Ort lecker essen. Die Dusche schön warm aber etwas eng 😄 Wir waren mit den ebikes da und hatten einen super Urlaub! Deutschsprachiger Ansprechpartner! zu

Les photos sur site laissent imaginer que la piscine se trouve à proximité du logement alors que ce n'est pas le cas. Il s'agit en fait d'un complexe locatif comprenant plusieurs petits bâtiments pour 4 locataires, au moins 22 logements en tout. Et la piscine se trouve à l'entrée du complexe, est commune à tous. Par ailleurs, l'équipement pour faire la cuisine est plus que succinct et insuffisant. De plus, le four ne fonctionnait pas, on a demandé comment s'en servir et on nous a répondu que cela n'était pas possible. Hormis tout cela, le propriétaire est très accueillant et sympatique, son agriturisme un peu cher mais excellent et l'endroit est très charmant.
