Lovely place, the check-in was relatively easy, you may feel a bit lost for directions, make sure you have google maps working. the hoat wss very helpful and friendly..The only thing that needs to be remembered is that the place doesn't have wi-fi and the TV signal isn't working properly..Beautiful view and quite place

Calabrian Visit

Enjoyed the house although first impressions were not the best, we think it’s just due to the area of Italy still being quite rural and several places including the roads to the property being a bit uncared for. The bin situation at the entrance gates was messy and felt a bit low rent but a couple of guys turned up and tidied things up, so all good. After a moment to get used to your surroundings it was a lovely stay.

Posizione meravigliosa con una terrazza fantasticaSiamo rimasti particolarmente colpiti dalla posizione unica della casa vacanze. La terrazza è stata un punto di forza assoluto: da lì abbiamo avuto una vista mozzafiato su Stromboli e una vista diretta su Tropea. Abbiamo potuto godere di questo panorama ogni mattina e sera, semplicemente meraviglioso e altamente raccomandato.Anche i dintorni sono ideali: Tropea è raggiungibile in circa 15 minuti di auto, Capo Vaticano dista circa 30 minuti. Molte mete per le escursioni sono davvero vicine, per cui si può trascorrere un paio di giorni variegati.Purtroppo non siamo rimasti entusiasti dei letti, che erano piuttosto scomodi per i nostri gusti. Inoltre, la bombola del gas si è improvvisamente esaurita mentre stavamo cucinando. Fortunatamente Francesco, il custode dell'alloggio, è stato subito disponibile e ci ha procurato rapidamente una nuova bombola. Un grande ringraziamento a lui, che è sempre stato molto cordiale, disponibile e gentile durante il nostro soggiorno.Nel complesso, abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso nonostante alcuni piccoli difetti e possiamo raccomandare vivamente la casa vacanze per la sua ottima posizione, la magnifica vista e il servizio cordiale!Tradotto con DeepL.com (versione gratuita)

Io e il mio compagno abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per 5 notti dal 3 all'8 agosto. Villino molto carino, su due piani, più una terrazza privata. La casa è ben tenuta, stanno facendo i lavori anche per una piscina privata nel giardinetto di casa. La posizione è molto buona, dalla terrazza, ma anche dal balcone del soggiorno, si ha una splendida vista su Tropea e sul mare della costa degli dei. Le spiagge più vicine sono raggiungibili in massimo 10 minuti in macchina. Dalla strada principale sono necessari 5 minuti per risalire sulla strada di casa, purtroppo non illuminata di notte, così come le strade principali. In generale, abbiamo passato una splendida vacanza con un mare fantastico a pochi passi da casa.

Tranquillità e terrazza favolosa

Abbiamo soggiornato comodamente in 6 utilizzando il divanoletto in soggiorno per l'intera settimana. Cucina e doppio bagno ordinati e funzionali, solo in un paio di occasioni il flusso di acqua corrente era troppo scarso e abbiamo dovuto attendere qualche ora per fare le docce. Comodo parcheggio davanti a casa (avere un'auto è essenziale per raggiungere le spiagge o qualunque altro luogo). Pergolato posteriore perfetto per stendere i bucati e cucinare alla griglia. Terrazza panoramica fantastica per i tramonti con aperitivo. Insomma... siamo rimasti veramente soddisfatti!

Amazing views!

We had a few issues with the property on arrival - cleanliness and electrical problems but these were dealt with promptly. The views are amazing and the area is very peaceful and quiet perfect for relaxing but near enough to some beautiful beaches and just a short drive or train ride to Tropea.

Una vacanza all'insegna del relax

Abbiamo soggiornato in 5 adulti dall' 1 all' 8 agosto, casa con vista favolosa, spaziosa e all'insegna del relax dati i due terrazzi, fantastica anche nelle ore notturne per guardare il cielo stellato non inquinato dalle luci della città. La casa è situata a circa 20 minuti dalla bellissima Tropea e a 10 minuti dal mare e dai negozietti più vicini (alimentari, farmacia e atm). La casa è provvista di tutte le cose necessarie per alloggiarci quali stoviglie, asciugamani, lenzuola, cuscini ecc. . L'unica pecca (che non ha leso comunque al goderci la vacanza) è stata la pulizia della casa al momento dell'arrivo, mi spiego: alcune stoviglie erano palesemente non lavate o lavate poco, abbiamo dovuto ripulire i bagni in quanto, specialmente nelle docce, erano presenti aloni giallastri che ricoprivano una buona parte del piatto e si erano insediati ragnetti e moscerini, nella stanza matrimoniale sono state ritrovate due lenti a contatto usate sul comodino e uno scarafaggio morto in terra. L'arredo della bellissima terrazza era completamente ricoperto di polvere, inoltre 4 doghe della rete del letto matrimoniale si sfilavano in continuazione e le serrature delle porte non sono in ottime condizioni. Tutti segni della manutenzione che evidentemente manca. Con questa recensione non voglio affatto scoraggiare chi vuole passare qui alcuni giorni (trascorsi anche troppo velocemente purtroppo dato comunque il piacere dell'esperienza in se), ma al contrario voglio incoraggiare il proprietario, o chi si occupa della casa durante il periodo estivo, a prestare più attenzione alla pulizia ed alle condizioni generali della casa.

Abbiamo soggiornato in quattro (due adulti e due bambini). La casa è in un contesto estremamente tranquillo, a qualche chilometro dal mare e qualche centinaio di metri di altitudine. Le dimensioni sono molto generose, e uno dei punti di forza è sicuramente la grande terrazza panoramica sul tetto, che offre una vista spettacolare e tramonti unici. Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato l'arredo della terrazza stessa, tranquillamente utilizzabile da 6-8 persone con poltroncine, divani e lettini. Chiaramente, la posizione un po' isolata comporta qualche sacrificio a livello di spostamenti (arrivo al mare, negozi di alimentari, ecc.) ma questo è il prezzo da pagare per quanto sopra descritto. Giusto un paio di note: alcuni piccoli difetti alle serrature dei due bagni andrebbero sistemate; nell'annuncio inoltre era indicata la presenza di tv satellitare, che in realtà non è disponibile. Abbiamo soggiornato in 5 (4 adulti 1 bambino) dal 07.08 al 18.08 La casa è gestita da un'agenzia per conto del proprietario. L'immobile è situato a 10 min circa dalla spiaggia più vicina e gode di una vista davvero spettacolare, anche il contesto nel quale è situato è carino e silenzioso. Quando siamo arrivati la casa aveva pavimenti sporchi che abbiamo dovuto pulire più volte, stoviglie unte, una porta del bagno che non si chiudeva (anche se in realtà ci sono due bagni dotati di doccia) e la rete del letto matrinoniale aggiustata con pezzi di legno grezzo. Voglio sottolineare che tutto ciò non ha "leso" la nostra vacanza in generale, ma di certo consiglierei a chi gestisce l'appartamento una cura migliore, perché potrebbe essere molto più avvincente facendo molto poco in più. Il referente dell'appartamento ha sempre risposto al telefono ed è stato disponibile risolvendo tempestivamente due piccoli bisogni nati durante il siggiorno. Dovrebbe solo ricordarsi i contatti a cui dà gli appartenenti perché ogni volta si cercava di far capire a lui dove e chi eravamo tramite cognome prenotazione e locatione appartamento. :)
