Had a great time, place was right on the historic streets that decorate so awesome for Halloween. Felt very cozy and at home would come back, thanks for having us!

Thank you so much.
Please come back and enjoy our cottage and beautiful Prescott!
Cottage was very clean and nicely decorated. All the amenities a guest would require and ample instructions for their use. Great location, as a simple walk gets you to historic downtown Prescott.
Dave and Gail were great hosts. The property was exactly as advertised. It was charming and perfect for my wife and I. The property does sit behind the main home and there is a shared common space but this was not an issue for us, there was plenty of privacy. We would definitely rent this space again. Thanks Dave and Gail.
We loved our stay and the place was so cute! The cottage was decorated in cute fall/Halloween theme. It's in a quiet area but within walking distance to the downtown area. Dave/Gail were so accommodating and let us in early so I could take a quick Zoom meeting. They thought about all the little touches like night lights, coffee pods, and a great hair dryer (the one I have at home). If we're back in the area we'll definitely stay again.
The house was perfect. It was quiet, it was secure, and it was comfortable. The host provides more basic toiletries and cleaning supplies than most hosts do, which is great because you don’t have to bring as much. I was in town for Prescott College’s annual colloquium and the location is very close to the school. 10/10 would book again.
We loved it! It was clean and quiet. The location was perfect! We didn’t get time to use the fire pit, but we’re planning to stay there again because our stay was so enjoyable. We definitely recommend this VRBO to anyone coming to Prescott and needing a nice place to stay.
We enjoyed the serenity around the property. A very peaceful and relaxing environment. The location was ideal, we parked our car after arrival and it didn't move until it was time to leave for home.
Excellent location. It's close to downtown Prescott, but far enough away so that it's quiet. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated. Everything works well. The owner was immediately available for questions and a slight change to our schedule. I'll definitely be coming back!
I couldn't recommend this historic cottage more highly! It feels both cozy and spacious at the same time. This beautiful haven has high ceilings and yet a sweet country flare throughout. There is plenty of room to throw down your yoga mat and re-center. I know I did. What a comfy bed and an a/c unit that makes it just the temp you need. Communications were timely and thoughtful. I was able to easily let myself in, and the location is quiet and tucked in off the street. You will also enjoy walking past their garden. They let me pick some of their blackberries. I wish I didn't ever have to leave!
This cottage was exactly how described. Convenient to town and restaurants. Very private and quiet and serene atmosphere. We will definitely be staying again.
