Teakticket cottage is a 4 BR home completely renovated in 2019 with brand new interior included updated appliances, floors and windows. Situated on a quiet residential street with water views of Perch Pond and less than 5 min walk to the neighborhood beach and salt water access on Great Pond, this is a perfect home for a family getaway on the Cape. Outdoor area includes dining table and chairs, adirondacks with firepit, and outdoor shower for beach days. Completely fenced in backyard (installation October 2022) and complete basement renovation in Winter 2022 will add a media area, full 3rd bath, and extra beds to increase overall square footage to more than 2,300 sf and allow for up to 12 guests starting June 2023 (9 maximum in 2022)!

Perfect getaway spot!

My husband and I get together every July 4th with our adult children and this place was perfect! We walked to the beach and to the winery which was very fun.

Fantastic family trip in Falmouth

Easy checkin, great location with easy access to beaches, Island Queen, multiple grocery chains and restaurants. Kids loved the big backyard, and adults took the kayaks out a couple of times. Home in great shape, and kitchen was well equipped including 2 lobster pots and utensils. Simple instructions for stay and checkout.

Wonderful stay!

We couldn’t have had a better stay! The hosts are great and responsive, the home has been beautifully remodeled and all details have been taken into account. It’s incredibly comfortable and clean. The location is also perfect-we really enjoyed Falmouth, and it’s very easy to get to the MV ferry.

Fun family week

Everyone enjoyed the stay. The fenced in yard was a blessing for our dogs, made a huge difference. We loved the fire pit. This is a great house in a great area.

Great location, easy access to downtown, minutes to Ferry to get to Martha’s Vineyard. Very comfortable, clean, newly remodeled, bedrooms, living areas, all were good sizes for games and sitting around kitchen counter and eat-in area. Most bedrooms had TV’s, plus a bonus room, full bath downstairs; all makes for great setting for family vacation stay..

Beautiful home, great location

We enjoyed a wonderful vacation in this beautiful home. It is larger than it appears with a spacious yard and patio. There is a neighborhood beach located about a 5 min walk down the street. The location was great for culinary and shopping adventures downtown. It was a short drive to a bike trail and the Ferry for a day trip to Martha’s Vineyard.

Short Stay on the Cape

We were a group of 8 adults on the Cape for a quick golf trip. The bedrooms and living areas had plenty of space for all of us. It was clean and ready to live in when we arrived. While we only did takeout for meals, the kitchen was well appointed. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place

Home is lovely. Fit our family from Mass & UT. Unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate while we were there. But had a great time cooking on the BBQ, the kitchen has everything you need. Beds are comfy, AC is great. Backyard is lovely. Kayaked too in the pond. Great vacation!! Beautiful place, won’t disappoint!

Beautiful stay in Falmouth

We were 2 families visiting the cape and had a wonderful time at the teaticket path home! The house was beautiful and exactly like the pictures,- newly remodeled! The kids enjoyed the media room and we spent most of our time in the big private back yard! We grilled almost every night as well as made s’mores around the fire pit ! We spent a day paddle boarding on great pond which was very close to the house.Tyler the host was very accommodating and quick to reply to any correspondence! Highly recommend this wonderful place!

Perfect Cape House Getaway

We stayed at this beautiful home in Falmouth for the last week of June. I would say that this is the most well-kept rental property that I have ever stayed in! The kitchen was wonderful to work in and the bedrooms were very spacious and clean. The house was recently renovated in such a way that you feel at home while away from home! Additionally, the beautifully landscaped yard was equipped with an outdoor shower and fire pit and was fenced in securely so that our dogs could spend time outside unsupervised! I would rate this property as a 5 star “home away from home” without any question!

Wonderful Falmouth home

Loved this home. Curb appeal, totally renovated, fabulous gleaming white kitchen, comfy living room, 3 full beautifully renovated bathrooms, and plenty of bed space for our family + a couple of our daughters’ friends. And an amazing, fully fenced in yard with a fire pit and hammock - everyone including our pup were thrilled. A 2 mile drive from Falmouth Heights beach, 10 min to Main Street, plenty of close-by grocery stores etc. Lovely neighborhood on an inlet pond made dog walks a delight. Great Wi-Fi (much needed for a zoom meeting). And the owner was so responsive! Would 100% stay here again!

Great stay on the Cape!

This is a great property. My wife and oldest son stayed here for four days. The location and amenities were great. Best of all the property owners have thought of everything. Very convenient and comfortable refurbished house. Backyard is amazing. We travel a lot and this is one of the few properties where the pictures don’t do it justice. Convenient to the beach, restaurant, towns, and easy to get to other areas of the Cape. Neighborhood is nice and quiet. Easy access to neighborhood, beach, and inlet for kayaking. We will certainly be back. Strongly recommended.

The perfect getaway

It’s tough to accurately put into words what a special place this home is! My husband, toddler son, parents, sister and brother in law and their dog had the most incredible time. Every last part of the house was meticulously decorated, clean and the space was very comfortable for our group. We loved having one bathroom for each family as well - so convenient! Can’t leave out the outside of the house either. The yard is large, there’s a great fire pit we utilized and the driveway fit our three cars comfortably. Location? Also amazing! The house is within walking distance from a cute little beach and within ~ten mins from downtown Falmouth and an easy trip to Woods Hole. Lastly, Tyler was a fantastic host - easy to communicate with, very responsive and kind. We hope to stay here again in the future!

Beautiful East Falmouth Home

Beautifully renovated, sparking clean, comfortable home with water views of a salt pond. We enjoyed the private neighborhood beach and every aspect of our stay, including the outdoor space and proximity to downtown Falmouth and Woods Hole. Communications with Tyler were excellent.
