Sebastian getaway

Gorgeous. Talk about a home away from home, this one covers all the bases. Well appointed and very well maintained. My wife liked it so much she didn't want to leave. Everything you could think of, or need was there. Beautiful grounds and a very beautiful pool area. Would stay again if I find my way back to Florida.

A Slice of Paradise

My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay at this lovely house in a beautiful area. We enjoyed swimming in the heated pool and relaxing in the private surrounding patio. The rooms were nicely decorated and the beds were very comfortable. Our host and property manager were easily accessible when we had questions. We liked it so much we decided to book it again for an extended stay next year.

Spring Break Baseball Trip

The host, Gabriela, was so welcoming. The house was just as indicated in pictures and virtually all sundry items such as paper products, shower supplies, and washing detergent were provided. The neighborhood was extremely quiet which made for restful nights. We loved the pool and eating breakfast out on the covered deck. Highly recommend.

Clean and comfortable

We were in town for a baseball tournament and the house worked perfectly for two families. Two tv areas and the game area gave everyone enough room to spread out. Well stocked house made it easy to cook meals. communication with the owner was quick and easy. We would definitely stay again.

Great vacation rental

The house was clean and comfortable. The host was great to work with. Would definitely stay again in the warmer months. The pool was too cold to swim in January due to the pool heater is solar and doesn't heat the pool that well.

Everything was just as described in the listing. Beds were good. Linens were good, pleanty of towels.Kitchen was well appointed with an assortment of little items that are great to have on hand.Lovely welcome.Plenty of beach things. Fantastic Sebastion home

Gabby has decorated the cutest vrbo and with lots of thought about her guests. The house has everything from beach toy's, and coolers to- pool towels and hotel like provided shampoo, body wash, conditioner bottles. The kitchen had everyhting needed and the game room and pool were fantastic. The beds were very comfy and we enjoyed our stay so very much. Thanks for letting us use your peaceful home!

Maintained well, very clean, nice heated pool with waterfall, very good fenced yard, gas grill, jetted tub in the Masterbath, well equipped kitchen and everything you need. Very quiet neighborhood. Had a very nice time.

The house was neat and immaculate. The appliances, which we rarely used, were the most modern and top of the line. The beds were decorated beautifully and the pillow top mattresses were delightful. The pool was also decorated with great care. We had a short but beautiful stay. A more detailed’how to’ book would have been helpful.

The Perfect Vacation

This property was an amazing experience. The house and pool are just like in the pictures. The house was well equipped for entertaining family. From the ping-pong tables in the garage to the awesome pool and a great kitchen. This place had it all. Conveniently located 8 min to the beach and 2 min to Publix plaza it was perfect all around. We loved it and will definitely be back.

Perfect house for our extended stay

We had a wonderful stay. From the time we inquired about booking through our stay, the host Gabriela was very responsive. The home is immaculate and the backyard/pool area is an oasis. We loved sitting outside at night on the lanai. Our dog especially loved the yard (completely fenced in.) The game room was a big hit with the husband. The house was well stocked; plenty of pool/ beach towels, bath towels, kitchen items. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and we loved not being too far from the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Awesome house for families!

We loved this house. Family of 5 plus grandparents. Kids from ages 18 months to 5 and the game room area was a hit! Of course the pool is amazing. Everything was clean and well kept. I hate to rent places and have broken faucets etc, this place had everything in working order. Plenty of beach items to use as well. 9 minutes for us to be at the beach

Great home and location!

This home has all the comforts you could ever need. It is clean, well tended, and beautiful. The pool was perfect and the game room was a huge hit with our family. We also loved that there was a playground within walking distance. The owner has pool and beach gear and towels, along with some baby items (small pack n’ play, high chair) and plenty of extra blankets and pillows. The property manager was responsive and very helpful! A breaker had flipped off the pool pump before we arrived and when we contacted him, he was there to take care of it within minutes! We had a wonderful stay and would love to stay here again in the future!

The neighborhood is older than many newer developments in and around this quaint home. When I viewed this property there were about 20 pictures of the beautiful unique inside. Everything was just right as far as cleanliness and it was obvious that the owner cares deeply about her style. The inside pool put smiles on our grandson. Nothing was overlooked. Personally I wish it were closer to the beach etc but no one could find fault with her style. Bravo

A Perfect Stay in Sebastian, FL

This was the most pleasant stay! The house itself is even more beautiful than the pictures show, located in a quiet neighborhood with a lovely water fountain in the swimming pool that made our time there truly relaxing.The house is exceptionally well-equipped with thoughtful details like laundry pods, spices, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, and more, which made our stay incredibly convenient.The game room (which isn’t shown in the pictures) was a fantastic source of entertainment for our kids—they absolutely loved it!What stood out the most was the personal touch from the owner, Gabriela. She was not only professional but also very warm and responsive, answering my calls immediately and providing detailed and helpful information throughout our stay.We truly felt at home here, especially with the personalized welcome letter board waiting for us—it was such a thoughtful and lovely surprise!We highly recommend this home and will definitely be back in the future!

Best home we've stayed

Beautiful home and in ground pool with all the amenity you will need and lots of extra's. Sebastian state park inlet beach is not far. This is our favorite house we've stayed on VRBO. Our family had a great time and will definitely consider renting this house again next year.
