Everything you need for a family vacation!

This home is well equipped for family and fun! Lots of open living space for family game nights and the pool was a big plus for everyone. The home is very clean and well stocked for all you need during a short or extended stay! The owner was excellent with communication and made sure we had what we needed. I highly recommend this property.

The property was not as clean as pictures showed. Property was a bit rundown, lots of cobwebs and bugs inside, dirty baseboard and dingy carpet. I was not comfortable letting the baby crawl on the carpet. The bunkbed room door did not close all the way which made it hard to keep dark for small children to sleep. The pool had too much debris to swim in it, which was a huge draw of the rental. The owner confirmed the master had enough room for a pack n play for baby, however, there’s is not enough room for it AND access to the master bath. Fire alarm battery went off in the middle of the night. WiFi was down for most of our short stay and we were asked to stay at the property and deal with the tech. This felt a little inappropriate as we had no knowledge to assist the tech with and were only in the rental a short while. At first the owner was very helpful in communicating but by the end there were no check out instructions. We left feeling disappointed and like we overpaid.

Thank you for sharing your feedback Nicole. We’re genuinely sorry your stay left you disappointed as that’s never the experience we want for our guests. The heavy rain/thunderstorms during your stay made it difficult to keep leaves & debris out of the pool, even with regular, weekly service. The same weather incident also caused a power outage that knocked out the Wi-Fi. Since you understandably wanted it restored quickly, we scheduled the earliest Xfinity appointment available & they required someone to be present. We only wish the other concerns had been brought to our attention during the stay so we could have addressed them right away. We appreciate the feedback and have reviewed everything with our cleaning, pool and maintenance teams.
