Finca Ines with pool (lockable pool fence for small children available) - Living in nature surrounded by pine forests - Very close to Es Trenc beach!
The Finca Ines consists of two L-shaped houses that offer you a lot of privacy.
It is located in a shady pine forest on a total of 33,000 sqm of land.
Through a pine forest you reach the terrace of your finca. A beautiful chill-out area with a view of the green awaits you here. Through the main entrance you get into the spacious living-dining area with open kitchen. Here you will find a dishwasher, kettle, gas stove, microwave, fridge-freezer etc.
From this area there is a bedroom with its own bathroom on the right and left.
You reach the terrace behind the house via another door, which connects to the living room and greets you to a large terrace with a brick barbecue.
If you are traveling with a group, you can also choose the 2nd Book a house and meet on a large shared terrace. The pool also offers a welcome change. You can use a fence around the pool to make this area inaccessible to small children.
Due to the different orientation, each of the two houses offers complete privacy
The finca is located on a plot of land together with the finca Casa Ines A - If you are interested, please ask about the availability of both houses.
Central heating can be booked for an additional charge.
The location is unique. You live in the middle of a natural idyll, surrounded by shady pine trees and other beautiful trees. There are also some cats, chickens and peacocks on the 33,000 sqm land.
Parts of the property are cultivated with fruit and vegetables and you can pick one or the other yourself. And if the kids want, Pedro will definitely take them on his tractor.
About 200 meters away there is a riding stable and the Es Trenc beach. ..Mallorca's most beautiful and longest natural beach ....., as well as the cities of Campos, Ses Salines and Sa Rapita can be reached in just 5 km (5 minutes by car).
