Finca Es Torrent den Cosme. House with pool. Ses Salines

The "Finca Es Torrent den Cosme" is strategically located in the southern cone of the island of Mallorca and in the center of the main virgin beaches and coves of Mallorca which is no more than 10 minutes by car, and 350 m from the center urban of ses Salines.  This house has all the amenities, satellite TV, air conditioning, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, ... and free WIFI. The access is easy and by an asphalted road. The farm is on a plot of 4000 m2, and has a pool of 4 x 9 m, with a solarium of 150 m2 prepared with sun beds and umbrellas to relax and sunbathe at any time of day. The pool is shared with the attached house. The garden has a harmonious layout with a beautiful landscape of palm trees, shrubs, olive trees and lemon trees, offering total relaxation on the outskirts of Ses Salines village, enjoying the inner horizon with stunning views of the San Salvador mountain. It is remarkable the velarium, from May to September, to protect against the sun in the summer and enjoy readings, meals, dinners and family chats.  The farm also has a charcoal barbecue to make all kinds of roasts. Another great advantage is the supply of spring water from the land of the farm. In addition, the property is fenced and has parking. The house has a maximum capacity of 4 people, with a double bed of 150 cm and two single beds of 90 cm, in two rooms. In addition, a bathroom with shower, living room and fully equipped kitchen.

Perfekter Urlaub dank Super Unterkunft

Trotz 39 Aussentemperatur konnten wir in, der sehr gepflegten Finca optimal entspannen.Die Klimaanlage war Goldwert! Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und wird Täglich von den Beiden Vermietern liebevoll in Schuss gehalten! Das Haus war sehr sauber und es war alles da was man für den Urlaub braucht! Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war sehr angenehm und dank ihrer guten Sprachkenntnisse auch sehr einfach! Gerne werden wir in den nächsten Urlauben versuchen wieder einen Platz in der Finca zu ergattern.

Die Finca war sehr schön. Man kann in 10 Minuten zu Fuß in den Ort laufen. Und die Strände sind auch sehr schnell zu erreichen. Das einzige was uns gefehlt hat war eine überdachte Terrasse auf der man auch im regen hätte sitzen können. Aber im ganzen kann ich die Finca nur weiter empfehlen.

Vielen Dank an Fernando für eine tolle Zeit!

Wir hatten 10 tolle Tage in der gemütlichen Finca von Fernando. Am Anreisetag wurden wir persönlich von ihm im Ort abgeholt und durften schon mittags in die Finca. Diese liegt sehr ruhig außerhalb von Ses Salines auf einem großen Grundstück mit Palmen, Oliven- und Zitronenbäumen. Die Finca selber ist komplett ausgestattet, viele Extras vorhanden. Eine Beanstandung wurde sofort behoben (eine Matratze war etwas durchgelegen, Fernando hat sofort ein neues Bett mit neuem Lattenrost und neuer Matratze besorgt!). Der Pool ist sauber und groß genug zur Erholung, der Vermieter war regelmäßig zur Wartung und Inspektion da. Zusammenfassend können wir sagen, dass wir einen tollen Urlaub hatten. Fernando und seine Familie haben uns viele Tipps zur Ausgestaltung gegeben und uns mit Leckereien verwöhnt! Vielen Dank an Euch! Eure Familie Metzler

Wir waren begeistert von der Unterkunft und den Einrichtungen, und wir würden das Haus auf jeden Fall jedem empfehlen, der in dieser Gegend bleiben möchte. Una casa estupenda, con las comodidades suficientes para 4 personas. Perfecta para familias con niños pequeños. Pasamos casi toda nuestra estancia de 9 días en la parte exterior, que está perfectamente acondicionada. Todo muy cuidado. Los caseros muy atentos, tuvieron varios detalles con nosotros. Al lado de Ses Salines andando. La Colonia de San Jordi a 5 minutos en coche.

Très belle finca au milieu des palmiers ,au calme

Nous avons passé 8 jours dans cette jolie finca pour la deuxième fois. Tout est fait pour passer de bonnes vacances. Le cadre est magnifique, la piscine est agréable, l'environnement est très calme et la location est très bien équipée. Les magnifiques plages sont à 10 minutes de voiture. Un grand merci à Fernando et à son épouse pour leur gentillesse et leurs nombreuses attentions!.

A great week

This was the second time we had visited the area, which we love, and we stayed in the single storey apartment attached to the house which is rented separately. The accommodation is fine, simple and comfortable. The kitchen has just enough to be able to cook in the evenings though the BBQ makes it more enjoyable. The outdoor table and chairs under an awning is lovely in the evenings, and the pool was quite an asset as the weather was too hot for the beach in the afternoons. Fernando looked after us well and takes pride in keeping the property in good condition, even sweeping up after a particularly bad dusty rainfall. We really have only one small point to make: there were absolutely no cleaning materials for the kitchen or bathroom which for a travelling visitor would have been very useful. Would definitely recommend Finca Es Torrent.

Fantastic property !!!

The house has everything you need to spend a wonderful holiday in Mallorca. First of all it is in an ideal location, very close to wonderful beaches. The area does not lack anything (restaurants, shops, supermarkets, ...) and the owner informed us about all this. On the other hand, the interior is fully equipped, with many details. The exterior is perfect, well maintained and quiet, and with a very spacious and cozy space. The characteristics of the house are adjusted to the publicity that is offered of it. The price is great in relation to the excellent quality that is offered. Therefore, I recommend the house to everyone who wants to enjoy a wonderful vacation.

Von der Buchung bis zur Abreise hat alles perfekt funktioniert. Fernando und seine Familie sind ausgezeichnete und sehr herzliche Gastgeber. Immer da, hilfsbereit und haben uns mit kleinen Köstlichkeiten verwöhnt.Die gesamte Anlage von der Finca, Pool und Garten sind fantastisch gepflegt und angelegt. Eine kleine, ruhige Oase in der man sich rundum wohlfühlt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Toller Urlaub!

Appartement très agréable dans un environnement authentique

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette magnifique finca. Tout est fait pour que le séjour soit merveilleux. L appartement est spacieux , bien équipé et très propre. Le jardin est magnifique avec de superbes palmiers. Chaque location a sa terrasse privée et chacun garde son intimité . La piscine est très agréable. L environnement est très tranquille et reposant.Pour finir Fernando et son épouse sont très accueillants, ils sont toujours aux petits soins et vous comblent de petites attentions, merci beaucoup! un vrai coup de cœur pour cette finca et ses propriétaires !
