Location, location, location! This fresh and bright apartment on the 17th floor is perfectly situated to explore San Juan and Puerto Rico. Ideal for 1 or 2 guests, it also includes a sleeper sofa in the living room, allowing accommodation for up to 4 guests.
The bedroom is spacious, featuring a king-size bed, a desk with a chair, a TV, and a window A/C unit. There's also a dehumidifier, an attached bathroom, a closet, and impressive views, all with access to Wi-Fi.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove and oven, microwave, refrigerator, and free use of a washer and dryer (just bring your own detergent). The living room is furnished with a comfortable set of furniture (a sleeping sofa) and a dining table for 4 and offers stunning views of the surrounding area.
Parking is assigned and indoors, keeping your car cool, and gated with 24/7 security. The location is within walking distance of the University of Puerto Rico, restaurants, public transportation, Auxilio Mutuo Hospital, gas stations, ATMs, banks, and more.
