This Apartment is located on the 5th floor (lift) and from your balcony, living room and kitchen you have a fantastic sea view. From your large balcony you can enjoy the beautiful sunrises and sunsets of the Algarve. This Apartment is TOP equipped.

The Apartment has a fast fibre optic internet and satellite TV (with all German channels) and MEO TV (90 Portuguese channels, series and films partly in English original language).

The bedrooms have air conditioning. A garage is also available free of charge.

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit Top Ausblick direkt an der Strandpromenade

Die Wohnung entspricht 1:1 der Beschreibung. Sie ist sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet (genügend Geschirr, Besteck, Gläser, Kaffeemaschine etc) und die Aussicht ist einfach nur sensationell!!Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war (bereits vor Anreise) bestens. Im Vorfeld wurden wir bereits über den Check in informiert, Telefon Nummern ausgetauscht, der Check in am Anreisetag verlief ebenfalls problemlos.Auch am Abreisetag konnten wir länger in der Wohnung bleiben, da unser Flug erst nachmittags geht.Alles in Allem.. Ein rundum wunderschöner Urlaub!

Bel emplacement vue sur mer, appartement sobre et agréable

L’appartement est bien pour 4 adultes, les 2 chambres sont dotées de literies confortables. Les atouts sont indéniablement la vue directe sur la mer depuis la terrasse, un immeuble et appartement très propres, et le parking dans le sous sol. La terrasse est très agréable, malgré une dimension réduite. On aurait pu s’attendre à une dotation en vaisselle et couverts plus importante.

Fantástico alojamento

Apartamento muito bom, com vista excecional sobre a praia de Armação de Pêra. O apartamento está muito bem equipado, muito limpo, os proprietários são muito simpáticos, sempre muito solicitos a qualquer questão. Um dos pontos fortes é mesmo a amabilidade dos proprietários. O único ponto que poderia melhorar era a hora do checkout, poderia ser às 11h. Esperamos regressar em breve!
