The pool where made to respect the palms that where there before, so now you have 4 huge palm trees suroinfding the pool, all the architecture was thinked to be confortable, fresh, and clean.

1-story house with unique finishes, polished concrete floors and walls made of CHUKUM, a tree endemic to the Yucatan Peninsula, Large PRIVATE patio with a beautiful pool framed by 4 large palm trees that provide unparalleled beauty. The room has a sliding door that leads to the sand and pool, perfect for letting children play and keeping them in sight. Shower with excellent water pressure in the bathroom in the room and the bathroom in the bedroom. Equipped kitchen and a full refrigerator to make a pantry.
