Open Plan Kitchen is A Chef's Dream! It gives you everything desired to create meals for the whole family. Enjoy the Large Deck with multiple sitting areas or walk out in the yard and sit by the Firepit, roast marshmallows or play Cornhole.
A Game Room downstairs sports a Billiards Table, a Card/Board Game Table, and a second living area with Large Screen TV.
Relax in the Jetted Bath, test out the Massage Chairs in the master bedroom, or enjoy the Large Stone Fireplace upstairs with a movie and maybe some homemade air-popped popcorn.
This house is meant to provide a place for you to relax and enjoy your time off while giving you all the enjoyable amenities that help you forget about the world and live in the moment.

Don't forget to buy a pass for the community amenities and enjoy an outdoor pool, splash pad, multiple playgrounds, tennis courts, indoor pool, and THREE different beaches along the lake!

IMPORTANT: Due to the community rules - Once booking is completed, we will promptly send you a Community Form to fill out with details about your party. This form MUST be filled out and sent back to us immediately to avoid additional community fines.
We do allow last minute bookings, but a $50 late fee must be paid by renters to thE HOA for any Gate Access forms submitted with less than 4 business days before rental check-in date.

Great for family gathering

My sister and I and our families gathered for several days to reconnect and enjoy some holiday time. This was the perfect place - the many, many kids enjoyed the downstairs and the adults enjoyed peace and quiet upstairs. The kitchen was great, the rooms were good sized, modern, and clean. It was too cold to spend much time outside, but it looked like a roomy place to spend time with lots to do. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend it to others in the same boat.

Beautiful place

What a great experience was to be in that beautiful and renovated home. Everything was great and the best part was the communication with the owner. Very supportive and very fast responding. Overall wirh all love the experience. Thank you so much

Great Place!

We had a nice long weekend with another family with kids. House is just as described and in the picture. Very clean and nicely decorated. Had all the amenities needed. Community had a great pool and splash pad.
