PLEASE NOTE FROM Middle of JUNE to September(Labor Day Weekend) (summer months) CHECK IN AND CHECK OUTS are a whole week

All other days require a minimum two night stay (unless holidays)

THIS Unit is a DUPLEX TOP/ BOTTOM UNITS #1 and #2- It was completely remodeled in 2020-2021 by the current owners - EACH unit has (1) Bedroom(QUEEN BED)(First Floor queen bed/sun room twin futon/pull out queen bed-living room)- 2nd floor queen bed/single bed)/ Bathroom/ Living Room/ Kitchen, coffee maker, air dryer, oven, microwave(everything you need)/ Bathroom/ Washer and Dryer/Individual Thermostats in every room to control temperature/Heated bathroom Floors,- Second floor has a small deck while first floor comes with a sunroom with Futon BED , Each Unit has there own separate entrance, These units are perfect for a small family that keeps the kids sperate :) - or two couples looking to get away together but still be separate, Includes (2) queen Air mattress(set up if needed ), Linens, towels all included!!!, there are common outdoor areas which include, OUTDOOR TV, GAS Fire Pit, GAS Grill, TABLE with 6 chairs(new for 2023), String Lights, Activity Shed with (8) Beach Passes and (8) Beach Chairs, umbrellas, Beach Wagon, and everything else you may need for the beach - BIKES NOT INCLUDED-PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BIKES(two in pictures are owners and not always on site), we use the house a lot, so enjoy!

THIS HOUSE IS PRIME FOR WALKING - NEAR THE CENTER OF TOWN/ BEACH(two Blocks), RESTAURANTS, grocery stores, Shopping, and a 5 MINUTE UBER RIDE TO AC-please see map

Beautiful Home

We had a wonderful stay in Brigantine. Charles and Dalton's home is immaculate! Very clean and updated. Charles and Dalton were quick to reply to any requests or questions. They were helpful in providing recommendations of things to see/visit while in New Jersey. The home was in a nice neighborhood and within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Highly recommend this home!

Lovely

The home is very clean, nicely decorated, and well stocked; including everything you'd need for the beach. Communication with the owners was clear, prompt, and helpful, including the labels on the switches. It's a beautiful, comfortable place in a nice quiet shore town. We really enjoyed our time and would be happy to stay again.

Beautiful new house

We enjoyed staying at this newly renovated property. Each level is beautifully done. Beds were soft. It was perfect for my family & my sister’s family to be able to stay together at the beach but have separate space. We really enjoyed the outdoor play area with the grill, fire pit, & outdoor tv. The shed was well stocked with chairs, umbrellas, shovels, cart, & beach tags. The brothers did a great job with the renovation! Nice location - just a short walk to the beach.

Fantastic

Fantastic cozy 2 unit complex located 2 blocks from the beach and restaurants in the opposite direction. Chuck and Dalton provided everything you can think of with accurate descriptions, benefits, and requests. If there was an issue, they responded immediately. You really do not need to bring anything except clothes when you arrive!

Highly recommend!

Ideal location. Walking distance to so much. The dual units are unique for the rental market and quite useful for those that may have grandchildren, friends, or extended family who might like to visit. The outdoor space is enjoyable and useful. Meals can be enjoyed outside, the outdoor shower makes life so much easier with children, and the firepit was a bonus. The shed provides everything you need for the beach. Clean, brand new, and so well thought out. The Prosecco, welcome card, and travel shampoos were such a lovely touch. Understanding that some families need to travel with their pet made this place perfect for us. Code system for doors worked great! Overall, wonderful property.
