About this property

Beautiful 1 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath condo backing up to the Palm Aire golf course. Newly renovated kitchen with ceramic tile floor, new cabinets and backsplash. Kitchen is fully stocked with all you might need to cook a fantastic meal. Pass through window from kitchen to the dining room. TVs in both the living room as well as the bedroom. Extra large bedroom has a queen size bed, full walk in closet plus extra bifold closet and linen closet. There is a full bathroom in the bedroom as well as a mirrored make up table. The full bathroom has an ADA equipped toilet and vanity as well as an ADA toilet in the half bath. Lanai has screened and glass doors enclosing with a small bistro set to overlook the beautiful view. Guests have access to two different pools. There are also 2 washers and dryers on each floor available to owners and renters free of charge.

Limited experience

When we arrived we told owners that the light in the living rooms inadequate for reading. Answer- move light from bedroom which meant we could not read in bed. Kitchen items limited- Teflon pans scratched…very few utensils…lanai furniture uncomfortable. Bedroom cheap curtains did not close fully so morning light a problem…comfortable furniture…lousy tv…really high price for what you’re getting

It was a comfortable spot with nice amenities and a wonderful view out the back (including a 2 foot visiting alligator and a bald eagle with her rebellious 'teenage' son! Hugh Macpherson
