Comfortable living room with 2 leather rocker recliners, 60" flat screen Roku TV, ceiling fan and adjacent dining area with table for 6. Kitchen equipped with brand new appliances - stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal and complete with all cooking utensils, dishware, silverware, glassware, coffee-maker. Large master bedroom with king bed, dressers, over sized walk-in closet, ceiling fan and Smart FireTV, master bath with stand-up shower. Second bedroom with queen bed, ceiling fan, large closet, dresser, desk, TV with FireStick and adjacent second bathroom with shower. All linens, towels and beach towels provided, also beach chairs. Outside screened lanai with tiled floor and table and 4 chairs, brand new washer and dryer. Cable TV and wifi. Assigned parking in front of condo. Property had beautiful pool and hot tub, tennis courts, pickleball court and playground.
December through April is 3 month minimum rental.
Homeowner's association requires renters to submit application for criminal background and credit check. Renter must have credit score of 700 or above.

Great condo

Thoroughly enjoyed this condo. Definitely would recommend it for up to four people. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Pool was excellent.

Mirror Lake

We extended our stay while we were house hunting. We enjoyed the pool, and liked seeing all the birds on the small lake behind the condo. The location is great. Nice for bike riding near IMG and quick to get to Anna Maria Island. And Robinson Preserve. The condo was kept up well and the owner was easy to get in touch with.

Close to everything

Nice condo. A short drive to the beaches, downtown and Sarasota. Plenty of supplies to start your stay(paper products,soaps, spices and some basic staples. The condo was quiet and we loved the pool area.

A really nice Home away from Home..!!

I stayed at this property for around 9 weeks with my wife and 2 kids and we all loved this place, the community is good with nice neighbours around and the amenities specially pool and kids loved it. The apartment was fully equipped with all necessary stuff and is very well maintained. Overall we enjoyed staying here, the owners of the apartment were very nice and helpful and supported promptly whenever required. Thanks for having us. :-)

We stayed at this condo for two months. We found the unit to be clean, tastefully decorated (none of the gaudy Florida decor), and well equipped and furnished. The Mirror Lake community is well maintained and well landscaped, and the residents are friendly. The owner is helpful and response time is quick. Also, as an example: I overlooked a piece of jewelry upon our departure, and the owner spent a lot of her personal time assisting me in retrieving my ring. We would rent this condo again.
