DE Wir können diesen Vermieter gar nicht empfehlen. Stellen Sie Sich vor, Sie sind am Strand, im Restaurant ,im Dorf, und der Vermieter(bzw. sein Vater)läuft durch die Wohnung, kontrolliert die ( die Wohnung ,die man bezahlt hat um Privatsphäre und Ruhe und Erholung zu haben),macht sogar die Klimaanlage aus!! , jeden Tag … Sowas haben wir noch nie erlebt! Null Sterne! HR Ovog iznajmljivaca Vam ne mogu preporuciti! Zamislite ,kad Vi ste na plazi, u kaficu,u selu,a Vas iznajmljivac(ili njegov otac) luta po Vasem apartmanu,pregledava ga,gasi klimu…(u jednom apartmanu kojeg Ste Vi platili da imate privatnost i mir)i to svakim danom! Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Mit dem Mieter wurde mehrere Male kommuniziert und er wurde gebeten die Klima Anlage bei verlassen der Wohnung auszumachen. Es ist nicht nur Brandschutzgefahr, Energie Verschwendung und Klima unfreundlich sogar komplett sinnlos 24h Klima Anlage laufen zu lassen obwohl sich in der Wohnung keiner befindet. Nach dem Urlaub wurde ich von dem Mieter kontaktiert und regelrecht erpresst. Es sind dann 2 Videos bei YouTube ohne Zustimmung hochgeladen. Es war richtig Klima Anlage auszumachen da so ein Benehmen nicht toleriert werden soll. Keine Klima Anlage die im Haus verbaut ist, ist für 24 Stunden Dauer-Betrieb ausgelegt. Das haben wir auch noch nie erlebt. Mit allen Touristen konnten wir uns darüber verständnisvoll einigen und alle haben sich bis jetzt bei uns wohl gefühlt. Wir haben wirklich sehr viele die immer wieder kommen und die wir gerne als Gäste haben.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir direkt sehr lieb empfangen. Die Wohnung war sauber genauso wie der Pool. Der Pool wurde jeden morgen gesäubert so das man direkt in den sauberen Pool konnte. Die Umgebung ist auch super. Alles in einem war es ein wirklich schöner Urlaub.

Es war ein großes Vergnügen Olga und ihre Familie kennenzulernen und sie zu beherbergen. Sie haben die Wohnung genauso verlassen, wie sie sie vorgefunden haben – sauber und ordentlich. Ich kann sie definitiv anderen Vermietern empfehlen und würde sie jederzeit wieder im Tribunj aufnehmen.
