Hello there! My name is Jen and I live in St Petersburg, FL. I work in real estate with my husband, Geoff. I've lived in several different cities throughout my life – born in Philly, then moved to Michigan, grew up mostly in Chicago, went to college in Madison, moved to Seattle for work, then San Francisco, then back to Chicago, and now Florida! Safe to say, I enjoy traveling and exploring new cities like a local.
Why they chose this property
Our home is situated on a gorgeous, tree-lined street right off of Manatee Avenue between West Bradenton and Wares Creek. Everything is close by - the Riverwalk, restaurants on Main Street, the marina, tons of restaurants, and world-famous beaches. We are just one block to Jeremiah’s Italian Ice!
What makes this property unique
All furniture, linens, and utensils are brand new. The kitchen is fully stocked with cups/glasses, a coffee maker (drip and single serve), plates/bowls, wine glasses, pots and pans, bakeware, cooking utensils, blender, toaster, and cutting boards. All beds have high-quality white cotton bedding and there are plenty of white cotton towels, washcloths, and disposable slippers for your use! We also have a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer if you need to do laundry during your stay. We have fiber internet via Frontier with a booster, and there are three smart TVs.
