Modern vacation apartment with 2 bedrooms and south-facing balcony in Westerland on Sylt

The quietly located in a cul-de-sac is on the upper floor of a 4-party house and has a spacious and light-flooded living room with access to the large balcony. From the living room you have a wonderful view of the forest in front of it and from the balcony you look into the garden and the dune. A beach chair and various patio furniture invite you to sit and relax on the large balcony.

The apartment has been completely renovated and has a kitchen with dining table integrated in the living room, a sofa corner, a large bedroom with double bed, a small bedroom with two single beds and a daylight bathroom with towel warmer. All rooms have modern underfloor heating and WiFi.
