Fairmont Hot Springs is the hub for all Columbia Valley activities! Enjoy golfing at the nearby Fairmont Hot Springs courses - Riverside, Mountainside and Creekside - or drive a bit down the road to 10 other nearby courses.

This condo is also located just minutes from the Fairmont Hot Springs mineral pools, where you can relax the day away. You'll also be right next to an amazing waterpark at the Mountain View Resort, passes can be purchased through the resort reception.

You'll find a grocery store, liquor store, a couple restaurants, cafe's and shops just minutes away.

Make sure to take a drive to one of the many areas offering walking trails, hiking trails, beaches, mountain biking and more.

Before arrival, you will be contacted by the True Key Vacations team to give you directions on accessing your vacation rental. A lockbox will be available at the property with keys inside.

-Access to Fairmont Mountain View Resort waterpark - This amazing outdoor pool area features a massive swimming pool, a splash park, two hot tubs, and a waterslide. The splash park features equipment like colourful mushrooms and rainbow pipe showers. This area is open from Victoria Day weekend until the end of September.  Entry fees are required -$25+tax per adult, $15+tax for children under 14.

We do not recommend traveling to the Columbia Valley without your own vehicle.

Please note, this vacation rental is located on the 3rd floor of a condo building. Stairs are required to access the rental.

Between October 1st and June 30th, this vacation rental prioritizes long-term stays. Long term stays are GST applicable. This tax of 5% will be charged to the credit card provided upon arrival.

This vacation home is fully-equipped with everything you need for a great stay. All furnishings, kitchen appliances, utensils, dishware, glassware, cooking utensils and cookware are included. Bathroom amenities, linen and towels are also part of the package.

Deposit Required: A deposit of 50% for the reservation is due at the time of booking. The balance is due and payable 7-days prior to arrival. Bookings made within 7-days of arrival will be charged the full cost of the stay in order to confirm the reservation.

Christmas vacation

Well supplied and clean

This was a good place for myself and my teens. I really didn’t love that there was no deadbolt on the doors however our stay was an overall success. Very clean, well kept and had everything we needed! Would stay again for the price we paid :)

The condo was very clean and well maintained! The extra touch of the little thank you basket with locally made items in it, was so personable! The condo is dated for cabinets, wall paper and such, but overall still feels new with how clean it is! We would stay there again!

This condo was more than adequate it had everything we needed. The space was spotless good job to the cleaning staff. We did leave a note on the counter stating that the bathroom sink drain needs to be attended to it seems to be plugged and was getting worse this morning. Overall we would recommend this condo to family and friends. D&B

Great spot for East Kootenay trip

We enjoyed our stay. - everything was very easy with checking and checkout. Loved the amenities in the kitchen, especially the complimentary pot of coffee when I forgot to bring mine! The air fryer is a nice touch to go with the stovetop and microwave. Bed is super comfy and the pullout option for the huge sectional was super useful as were a group of three. While we didn’t use the patio much, it was a nice size with comfy furniture. Given the short notice of our booking, it was good value for the money and we just love all you can do in Fairmont, Invermere, Panorama and all the stops along the way from Lethbridge. For the area, you won’t find a better price. Thank you!!

This condo ad and True Key was a SCAM!

The condo advertised, pictures included, was not the condo provided. Advertised as a condo with a round balcony and polygonal living room with fireplace. We know this to be a corner condo as we have rented same in the past. When we arrived it was not the condo advertised. I phoned the True Key Manager in Radium, Jennifer B. I received no answer and left a voice mail stating my wife and I did not accept the condo we were given and requested the condo as advertised. I sent an email to head office and as of two weeks later have not received a response. I day after check in I still had not received a return call from the manager and thus called back. I explained the situation for which she took no responsibility and stated she/they did not have the condo I described and I must have been looking at a different advertisement. I explained, you look at an advertisement, select "book now' and complete the forms so...YES..it was her/True Key's responsibility. She REFUSED to help any further. Now..the condo we were given was smaller, no private balcony, and suffered from numerous deficiencies such as: broken front closet door thus your are greeted by a mop, pail, dust pan, broom, ironing board and vacuum, unable to partially open the curtains, no lighting in the living room thus no evening reading, a stained kitchen sink and only one frying pan thus unable to cook bacon , eggs and pancakes or hashbrowns for breakfast. This condo should not be on the market until deficiencies addressed

The property itself was exactly as we had thought - comfortable and providing everything we desired. The check in process left much to be desired. We were not given the address until check in time 4:00 pm and when we arrived at 5:30 pm we found the facility had not been cleaned - dirty bedding still on the bed and used towels in the bathtub. The property manager had someone come and clean the place, but we waited another hour and a half before we could take possession. We were told we would be contacted when the suite was ready but never received any notification so returned on our own. Our stay was excellent, but the check in process was very stressful after a long day of driving!
