Enjoy our 2 bedroom 2 full bathrooms condo with room for 4 adults and 2 children. The condo is close to Panorama ski hill, as well as a short drive to Fairmont or Radium hot springs. The condo is equipped with AC to keep you cool during the day. The outside terrace has barbecue and a patio to enjoy the amazing mountain and lake view, complemented by sunrise to enjoy your morning coffee. Lake access and marina is just steps away. Hottub is open year around. Pool is usually open starting May long weekend.

This was a great place to stay! Very well equipped in the kitchen and linens department and it was in a great location. Building and area were very quiet. The apartment was overall very clean and well-cared for. The only complaint I had was that the towels all had a mildew smell.

The property was clean and well stocked. Communication with the owners was excellent when we encountered a technology issue and we were able to resolve it quickly. The lake view is tiny, but the overall location is excellent and we really enjoyed the mountains from the balcony. It was a great little get away for us.

Hello, we are the owners Camelia and Ioan . We enjoy the outdoors kayaking, paddleboarding, biking, horseback riding, hiking and skiing and appreciate the morning coffee in our sunny balcony and a relaxing home cooked dinner with mountain and lake view.

We treat our guest as our Home guests.
The kitchen is fully stocked, just bring your steak and salad for a easy cook dinner or your eggs and bacon for the breakfast!
The bathrooms have all you need for your daily showers.
We offer beach towels and beach chairs for the sunny days on the lake, the lake is located just steps away from the condo.
A underground heated parking stall and bike rack is available to keep your gear warm and safe.
For family with toddlers we offer a crib and a high rise chair to allow piece of mind with safety of you child.

What makes this property unique

You will fell in love with the morning sun radiance, the view and coffee on the balcony!

As per request we can provide (occasionally) traditional gourmet dinner of your choice and homemade wine for the first evening accommodation. Details and cost to be discussed and agreed in advance.

Our facility provides two (medium to large size adult) mountain bikes and helmets for the summer to enjoy the bike trails. The cost of using the bikes is separate, and can be provided upon request. Please note that we do not assume any liabilities and do not offer insurance coverage. Therefore, it is important to know that you use the bikes at your own risk. Please do not damage the bikes. The bikes have been maintained and tuned.
