Guys golf trip
We visited the week of 10/10/23 it was 10 guys all in their 40s visiting the Myrtle Beach area for a golf trip. The house is very spacious and in an excellent/quiet location just steps away from the beach with beautiful views from the front balconies. We did not utilize the pool as heating it is not an option but it was a nice area with a decent amount of seating around the pool.
Check-in was an absolute breeze, and our linens arrived right around the same time. I would absolutely recommend this property to my friends and family but there are some items that need to be addressed.
We contacted the realty company about little to no water pressure in 2 bathrooms, and the outdoor shower not working. We were told someone would come address it, but it was never fixed. They did come fix The internet and a broken chair. The pool maintenance guy was by on Saturday and said he would also put in a request, it was still never fixed. This put us in a bind as we were all up early each day for golf and limited showers. We made it work.
The house for the most part was clean, there were a fair amount of cob webs throughout, not a big deal to a group of guys but may be for a family.
The biggest issue was in the 3rd floor closet where the furnace is there was a lot of black mold all over the pipes and wall. We did not realize this until we were doing our final walkthrough to ensure nothing was left behind.
Overall we thoroughly enjoyed the property.
