About this property

Surf 5-0 will be great for a memorable vacations in this fully furnished house. Naturally well-lit and spacious, 6 bedroom/ 4.5 bath beach house. We are located 1 1/2 blocks from the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped for the beginner or seasoned chef. Definitely room for more than one chef in this kitchen.

Our house features its own private pool (Two inset seats one at the shallow end and one at the deep end) with plenty of space to lounge around. Just off the pool area is the gas or charcoal grill as well a seating area under the house to be in the shade while watching the kids in the pool.

We have installed a screened porch on the 1st floor deck overlooking the pool area just off the living room. The screened porch is adjoined by a deck area for enjoying the sun.

We have included our golf cart for getting to the beach as well as the Surfside pier, grocery store etc.

We have set up a video game console area on the second floor for the kids or adults as well. For rainy day fun there are games, movies and books for your enjoyment. The main living area has a DVD player and surround sound.

The first floor - consists of two Bedrooms with a jack and jill bath, 1st floor powder room, Large kitchen-fully equipped, Dining area for 16 including bar area, main living room with full sized pull out sofa and love seat.

The second floor - Immediately at the top of the stairs is loveseat with Tv and game console to the right of this you will find two bedrooms one double and one sleeps 4 (Bunk bed double on the bottom with single above and single trundle pull-out. These rooms share a jack and jill bath. Just outside this room next to the game room is another double bedroom with private bath. Full size Washer/Dryer is located on the second floor. Just down the hall is the master suite w/King bed and private balcony overlooking the pool, private bath with double vanity, jetted garden tub and tile shower.
Heated pool now available for extra energy fee.
All Bedrooms have their own flat screen tv with cable.

Surfside 5.0.

Our rental at your house gave all of our family a great vacation. Thank you for providing all the amenities with this house. The pool was super nice. The golf cart, bicycles, boogie boards was enjoyed by all. The house was very clean and tastefully decorated. We would definitely recommend this house for any family looking for a Surfside beach location. Also thanks to Michelle For your communication thruout our stay.

A Great Place to Stay

We spent a wonderful week at this spacious and well-kept home. The pool is gorgeous and the house is located so close to the beach. Everyone in our family had a fabulous time! Thank you Michelle for replying so promptly to any questions we had. The golf cart was a super extra!

Perfect Week!

We have been vacationing in Surfside for years and Surf 5-0 was the perfect house for our big family .It had all the comforts of home! The pool was beautiful and having access to the golf cart was key to getting 4 kids back and forth to the beach. Michelle was great to work with and was always there if we had a question. Will definitely be back! Highly recommend!

My Husband and I and our two boys live in the area of Chestertown Maryland. I have a womens clothing boutique and gift shop in town. My Husband is a graduate of the University of Maryland. Our boys are middle school and high school age. We have a great dog named Lilly. We love the outdoors as well as family time.

Why they chose this property

Growing up in beach areas of the East Coast my husband and I as well as our two boys love the ocean. We could not think of a better place to own a home than Myrtle Beach. We chose Surfside for the family atmosphere and home town feel. We love the convenience and everything this area has to offer.

What makes this property unique

We chose this home in remembrance of my Father. He, like us loved the ocean and its beauty. We named the house after a fragrance line he started "Surf 5-0".
