This spacious chalet style penthouse on the top of the Signature by Pinnacle building features high soaring high ceiling and wooden exposed beam design. The dark warm tones will provide a warm comforting retreat after days on the beach and nights enjoying Puerto Vallarta's amazing restaurant scene and exciting nightlife!
With just under 1300 sq feet, Casa Perla features 2 well appointed King Bedded ensuite bedrooms with 3 piece baths attached. The open concept living/dining area has tons of room to relax, cook and take in the view. The well stocked kitchen features every appliance and tool you'll need to cook up a storm, or hire a private chef to come and cook in the home for you.
The large terrace features a large dining area, sitting area with a fountain and great views.

*As per the new building regulations, all visitors and renters are required to wear a bracelet throughout their stay. This policy is implemented for safety and compliance purposes.

Excellent Stay!

We had a wonderful stay during our time in PV!! Check-In was a breeze as the management company was waiting for us in the lobby upon our arrival. The location was perfect!! An easy walk to the beach along with an abundance of restaurants! The view from the balcony, along with lobby pool, was incredible. We would definitely book this unit again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful unit. Everything was top notch. The views from the balcony were great and the location can't be beat! The management company was very responsive when we contacted them. We'd definetely stay at this unit again when going to P.V.!

Terrific top floor 2 bedroom in in Romantic district

Stayed 10 days recovering from an unplanned medical emergency. Well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, excellent linens, and we took advantage of the gas grill outdoor patio. The A/C shuts off every time you open the patio slider so found ourselves using the one that isn’t monitored….bathrooms could use more hooks..
