For the whole condo we have our own purifying water system. Two safety boxes for each bedroom. Our master bedroom with king size bed, bed-table lamps on each side, closed and flat screen (43 inch) are nicely decorated. The bathroom has a
vessel sink, marble counter and rain shower with glass door. The second cozy guest bedroom offers a queen size bed, closed and his own big marble rain shower bathroom with glass door. A washer and dryer, spare you to carry to much luggage with you or the way to the laundry. Additional store room for clothes is located at the corridor/entrance.
We choose a crisp design with materials they can be hygienic cleaned and disinfected. Overall the penthouse is professionally and tastefully decorated with art, style and real paintings and all comfort, 2 cleanings per week and exchange of bed sheets and (beach) towels, to make your vacation unforgettable, without any issues we are 24/7/365 reachable. This condo is on the 8th floor (highest floor in the building). At night very quiet, compare the new buildings in downtown surrounded by 8 big constructions of high risers and all are in streets with a lot of traffic (specially by buses) and you hear till 6 am the music from the discos. The building is a piece of heaven itself. Amapas 353 has just 21 units and all balcony with beach and ocean view, also little balcony to the back. 100% privacy. Our property gay owned, but for sure straight friendly! The condo Building is new and get improved every summer at low season.

We are both in our 50ties. Javier is Mexican and is architect. I’m (Andreas) born in Germany living 20 years in Mexico. I studied business law and journalism. So I open my own press and promotion agency on the side. I had my own columns in different newspapers and magazines. The promotion for hotel chains broth me also to Mexico. Playa Del Carmen was at that time a little fishermen’s village and here I dripped in to Javier. So we build our first hotel in Playa del Carmen (Hotel Aventura Mexicana) and opened 3 restaurants. We were missing the scene. So when we came to Puerto Vallarta, we said: Yes welcome to the culture and very friendly, open minded locals and a great gay scene. So we moved with our 2 dogs to Puerto Vallarta. We love it here and made in a short time a lot of friends.

No mountain climbing like in Conche Chinas. Gay bars and clubs are close by and also the condo is located at the famous beach 'Playa Del Los Muertos a meeting point for people all over the world. Nobody has to be in a closet, in Puerto Vallarta you are free to enjoy yourself and make new friends. Puerto Vallarta seems to become more popular as a vacation spot. With a beautiful ocean bay, beaches, mountains and lush tropical jungle as the setting. Puerto Vallarta has a charming small-town feel, cosmopolitan lifestyle, privileged climate. While retaining much of its old style Mexican charm, a colorful blend of the old and the new, Puerto Vallarta offers an unrivaled combination of simple pleasures and sophisticated charms. What makes this property unique
The view from the balcony is amazing. The condo is located behind the famous beach Playa Del Los Muertos a meeting point for people all over the world. It is one of the few Apartment int the new buildings with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathroom. The apartment is brand new remodeled , all furniture are new, it has granite counters in the kitchen and in the bath rooms. Glass doors in the shower and marble walls. All bedrooms have A/C's (Central AC). We offer WI-FI, stereo, DVD, TV, washer, dryer, dish washer and a full equipped kitchen. Easy access to the condo and roof top terrace and GYM, because the building has an elevator. Great for people in their age. It great location, just behind the Blue Chair Hotel and beach and right in front of the gay beaches and bars and restaurants close by. Cleaning is incl. in the rate 2 times a week. The balcony with ocean view gives you the option to rest and if you like to smoke. GYM in the building. You stay in the middle of all what the romantic zone offers, but the apartment is very quiet, it also has double windows. There are a lot of vacation rentals nearby. Yes some of them are less expensive, but... look at pictures and ask when they were last time remodeled. Amapas 353 is not like in the other “new building like V399” where the bed room or kitchen windows going to the inside and everybody can see in your condo who pass by and you have the noise from A/C generators. So you can never open the windows or curtains, because by the condominium rules you have to be dressed. So where is the privacy? Also just some of the condos have a view to the town and ocean. That’s why we bought our condos in Amapas 353. If you look to the finishing’s and details, you will se a big difference. If you look for a clean Condo on the ocean with comfort, style and art and a good service, our condo is the right place to enjoy your vacation.
