This stunning second floor one-bedroom apartment is light and airy, with a fully equipped kitchen, open plan living area with a pull-out couch (queen size) & a floor to ceiling sliding door which leads you on to a private balcony, overlooking the property’s courtyard.

The bedroom is furnished with a King-sized bed (King Koil mattress), a fully equipped walk-in wardrobe, a luxury en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, providing in-case-you-forget bathroom amenities and a hair dryer.



This contemporary and uniquely styled apartment is located opposite a beautiful and wide stretch of Seven Mile Beach, just a 2-minute walk across the road. Steps away from Public Beach, our condo is the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy all that Seven Mile Beach has to offer. We provide beach chairs, towels, a drinks cooler and umbrella for your stay.



The Grove is a new and exciting location. Enjoy the convenience of an on-site convenience store, incredible restaurants, a state-of-the-art gym, dermatologist studio, bike & kayak rental and lots more. During your stay you have access to a shared rooftop infinity pool and a BBQ entertainment space. The property offers one reserved underground parking space.

This was a perfect spot for a weekend getaway- the restaurant and amenities in the building are great. Short walk to a quiet part of the beach. Very clean and nice to have a private balcony.

Perfect location, unit, price

This location was perfect. Only minutes from the beach, restaurants and a small grocery store, and included everything we could need for our stay. I used the provided beach bag and towel every day, we were able to cook our own meals, my husband even did some laundry. Bed was comfortable. Beautiful unit, great location.

Spent 2 weeks enjoying the weather. My husband and I use condo rentals quite often. I wish that they would mention when there is a building project next door. It may or may not influence our decision, it just seems like the courteous thing to do.
