Welcome to your Urban, short-term, 1 month plus rental! MONTHLY corporate rental located one mile from downtown and 5 minutes to UNC. We are offing a beautiful fully furnished minimum of 1-mo rental. Guests love the location Enjoy this quiet, quaint neighborhood in the heart of the city. The complex is comprised of townhomes, hosting many doctors, Travel nurses plus professionals. A tranquil setting in lovely Five Points. Just five minutes to Whole Foods and Trader Joe's. This lovely unit is the front part of a quiet duplex. Located just off of Merriom Avenue and five minutes to the greenway and trails. Around the corner from the tennis courts too! Just down the street from the beautiful Grove Park Inn. This wonderful townhome has its own, one-car garage, fully equipped kitchen, sun-drenched living room, one smart TV, ample closets, larger tub/shower combo, and exterior BBQ area. Resident pays for the following: Water, sewer, trash, and electricity. We will bill you monthly for these 2 utilities. Included in lease High Speed Internet & Cable (U-Tube tv).work space and 3 miles to the Mission Hospital.. enjoy visiting the famous Biltmore 10 minutes away!
