Cozy Cave 5 minutes to DOWNTOWN with Garden and Mountain View’s

We have a GERM GUARDIAN air purifier helping to kill airborne viruses, bacteria and mold spores, amongst other things! I couldn’t be happier. We ventilate the space before, during, and after cleaning. We clean and disinfect all surfaces, paying special attention to frequently touched surfaces. We vacuum and mop the floors. Shower mats are washed between guests. We have always taken pride in the way that we clean and have further enhanced such cleaning because we want you to feel safe to relax and enjoy your stay with us! This beautiful customized studio is adorned with a wood slab bathroom vanity and office space, a unique rock wall and original outside wood wall. Creative touches throughout the space. Both charming and classy. Super clean with a big bathroom! The kitchenette has everything you could need to feel at home when you're away from home, including a beautiful customized concrete countertop. It is equipped with a small refrigerator, hot plate, toaster oven, microwave and a coffee maker (coffee and creamer also provided). Hulu streaming is available and will be logged in via Roku and mounted flat screen TV. You are welcome to choose from a variety of other streaming channels to log in with your own personal account. Just don’t forget to log out! What else could you need?! :) Plenty of privacy with a separate entrance. Beautiful French doors let in lots of light and allow guests to enjoy the fresh air on nice days. Outside space with table and chairs for guests to relax the day away. Lots of space on this double lot on our small mountain leaves you feeling away from it all even though you're merely minutes from downtown. We are super convenient to grocery stores and tons of restaurants downtown. Porch swing and other outside seating. Beautiful fire pit area available for guest use. Suitable for two adults; children are welcome as well although the space is not child proof and I don't have separate sleeping arrangements.

This space is one of two rentals on the lower level of my home. Each rental has a private entrance on either side of the house and my entrance is at the front of the house so privacy coming and going is not an issue. If this space does not fulfill your needs please check out my other listing.

Was very comfortable and perfect for our pup. We had a party in Asheville and our dog barks when he’s alone, we didn’t have to worry and was very comfortable. We’d stay again when in area.

It was an absolute Joy to stay in this little cozy spot perched up on the hill in Asheville. I enjoyed feeing like I was away from everything despite being 5 min from downtown. I had all the utensils and appliances in the kitchen area I could need and loved the greenery just out the sliding glass windows. I would love to stay again!

We had such a lovely stay! The place was incredibly cute and cozy, and we loved that it was close to the city while still feeling like we were tucked away in the woods. Our friends actually loved it so much that they ended up booking the stay right next door!The hosts were very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The place was also incredibly pet-friendly, and our girls had the best time exploring and enjoying the surroundings. And, as an unexpected bonus, we even got to see a bear! One little tip: definitely bring mosquito repellent, haha! But overall, we absolutely loved our stay and would happily come back. Thank you for such a wonderful visit!

Dorothy is a magnificent host. I mixed up my reservation and she was quick to respond and help me sort it out. She was helpful and responsive. The location is excellent and the space is lovely. I even loved the small details of having coffee creamers in the fridge, or activity suggestions written on the wall. Would definitely return.

The room was exceptionally clean and comfy. The decor was quite charming and the hosts were very pleasant to deal with. They continually checked in on our comforts and needs. My GPS struggled with finding the address which is no reflection on the hosts. The only consideration I would offer is a larger vehicle would struggle to fit in the parking space. A low riding car would also have a very difficult time navigating the city roads leading to the house. Overall a very nice place.

She is very nice and it was clean for the most part. Easy for mosquitoes to get in it seems and the blankets didn’t smell super fresh. The biggest thing I was disappointed by was the location. I specifically booked this rental because the description says it is downtown… it was an 8 minute drive. I wasn’t super familiar with Asheville prior to this trip so it is now obvious just by the pictures. However, we were in town for a wedding and really wanted to be downtown with all of our family. The stay was fine and easy but I wouldn’t have booked this location had I known it wasn’t actually downtown.
