The guesthouse Kormoran is located in the forest road 64 b and C, very quiet and yet central, right on the Darßwald and only about 7 minutes walk from the north beach and 5 minutes from the center of Prerow.
The balconies and terraces have all Südausrichtung, a small garden framed the house, a parking space is available per apartment, washing machine and dryer are located in the
House and a storage room for bicycles is also available.

Ferienwohnung zum kleineren Preis
Schöne Lage: Bäcker, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Meer und Strand schnell zu erreichen. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Ruhig. Klein. Keine sehr moderne Ausstattung, aber Ferienwohnung enthält alles, was man f ür eine Urlaubswoche benötigt. Bett in unserem Appartement war leider ein Klappsofa, sodass je nach Schlafseite der Schlafkomfort nicht optimal war. Freundliche Abwicklung, Feedback wird Ernst genommen.

Schöner Urlaub in naturnaher Lage
Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und die günstige und ruhige Lage genutzt um Prerow und die wundervolle nahe Natur zu genießen.
Vielleicht könnte man statt einer Klappcouch ein richtiges Bett aufstellen, da es eh nie als Couch verwendet wird und man so angenehmer liegen würde.
Herzlichen Dank für die schöne Unterbringung.
