This property is clean and the pictures accurately depict the home, grounds and views. Home is an easy drive to Asheville and nearby downtown Weaverville, which is equally charming. Close to grocery stores and anything else you may need. Hot tub and air hockey/ping pong were fun with teenage kids. We will definitely return the next time we are in the area.

Amazing home positioned perfectly on the mountain side with the most incredible views! We had our coffee on the deck in the morning, and spent the evenings stargazing and listening to the symphony of frogs and insects on the mountain side. There were so many things to do within a 15–20 minute drive. The house itself, perfect! We wanted for nothing and felt at home.

We absolutely loved our time spent at Mountain View Sanctuary, the home was comfortable and had everything we needed. The views were amazing and the star gazing was on point on a clear night from the back deck or hot tub! We really enjoyed playing ping pong too! Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Long weekend in the mountains

Beautiful and comfortable home that we all enjoyed (even the teenagers). We loved the hot tub and fire pit.

Beautiful stay in the mountains

The house is as pictured and described. Planned on spending more time in Asheville, but then that changed as our preference was to sit out on the deck and overlook the landscape. It was a very serene stay.

Holiday family time

It was a great place for our entire family. The different spaces and different levels made sure that everyone had their space and we enjoyed the outdoor fire pit and hot tub so much. Great memories were made here.

This place was I credible and so warm/welcoming. We were all very comfortable and all utilities and appliances worked great! The view was outstanding and we spent much time in the hot tub. I read the book on the wall written by the son (1120) and it was fascinating. We sang karaoke in the living room and enjoyed the view. Perfect place to enjoy quality time and to relax. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful Property!

Three girlfriends and I spent three nights here for our 21st-annual girlfriend getaway! The home is absolutely gorgeous and the views are amazing! We had everything we needed and then some; the only problem was that our stay was much too short!!

Perfection!

The house was perfect! Only 15 minutes to downtown Asheville, the home was immaculately clean, spacious and so well-decorated and furnished. The view was absolutely spectacular! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!

Wonderful weekend

I come to Weaverville all the time but this was a special double anniversary weekend with my husband and my parents with lots of family. We loved the house. It had everything we needed plus more for our kids and us. We will be back!

The house was well stocked especially the kitchen areas and towels for the spa. The views are amazing from the porch, fire pit, and upstairs lounge room. The bedrooms were comfortable and bathrooms very nice with god water pressure despite being well water. Extra care needs to be taken for septic systems related to water use and dishwashing precautions. There did appear to be damage from previous renters from the fire pit stone work, the pool table air hockey table and ping pong overlay that was unusable during our stay. Other items in the house were well worn through use but these items did not impact our stay negatively as we had a great time visiting together and preparing meals together. Overall, fantastic stay!

Great property, beautiful view

Beautiful views, private and very well stocked both in kitchen and all other needs. Location is great, close to Asheville and the Biltmore. Only reason we did not give it 5 stars was the hot tub was green and cloudy and unusable which was disappointing but otherwise it was a great property. Would consider renting again.

Mountain Getaway Paradise

Stayed here over the last 2 nights with a party of 5 and we each agreed this was the best rental property we have been to. The house had an AMAZING view, clean, spacious, and fully furnished with everything you need. The home is only 25 minutes from Biltmore, but far enough from Asheville that we felt more at peace. We felt right at home and agreed we would be returning to this property in the near future.
