This Fly Me to the Moon Retreat comfortably sleeps up to 20 guests across 6 thoughtfully designed bedrooms. Every bedroom includes plush bedding, blackout curtains, Smart TVs, and convenient charging stations for a comfortable and connected stay.
We provide damage insurance so you do not need to purchase it from VRBO.

HOUSE RULES & POLICIES

We want every guest to have an amazing, stress-free experience—so please review and respect the following:
~NO SMOKING: No smoking, vaping, or use of drugs of any kind is allowed inside or outside the house, anywhere on the property.

~PETS: Up to 2 small dogs allowed (35 lbs or less each). Dogs are not permitted on furniture or beds and may not be left alone unless they are crated.
The Pet fee goes toward any extra cleaning that may be needed, not for any pet damage.

~NO SHOES: We are a shoeless house. We like to keep the house extra clean for you and future guests. There is a cubby for shoes at the front door.

~CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check-in is at 4:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM.

~QUIET HOURS: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

~REGISTERED GUESTS: Only registered guests are permitted. Additional guests must be approved in advance.

~NO EVENTS: Events or parties are not permitted without prior approval. Responsible alcohol consumption is allowed, but large gatherings centered around drinking are not permitted.

~ NO CANDLES OR OPEN FLAMES: For safety, use of candles or open flames is not allowed.

~HOT TUB & SAUNA: Secure hot tub cover and sauna door when not in use. Follow all posted safety rules. Use at your own risk.

~DAMAGE REPORTING: Please report any accidental damage as soon as possible so we can arrange timely repairs or replacements.


Other Things to Note
• Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required before check-in, acknowledging house rules, safety guidelines, and the risks associated with on-site activities.
• Damage Deposit: Limited damage insurance is included with the cleaning fee for minor, accidental issues. Guests are responsible for intentional damage or excessive cleaning needs (e.g., draining/refilling the hot tub due to rule violations, heavy BBQ messes, or outdoor items not returned properly).
• Outdoor Cameras: Two exterior cameras monitor the driveway and entry points for safety. There are no indoor cameras.
• Cancellation Policy: We follow the cancellation policy in place at the time you booked, as shown in your confirmation. If there is any chance you may need to cancel, we recommend purchasing travel insurance at checkout. Refunds are not provided outside the booked policy for weather, illness, or travel disruptions.
