Welcome to 68 2nd avenue West haven CT. This very cute two plus bedroom home is situated directly across from the Long island Sound with unobstructed views of the water. Its is walking distance to the beach, bird sanctuary and the famous Stowe's Seafood restaurant. Its a 5-10 minute drive to downtown New Haven and Yale University. Its a 2 minute drive to UNH and The VA hospital. This home has to large spacious bedrooms located on opposite side of the home. The first bedroom has enough space for two additional twin beds (currently has a queen bed), it has a large sky light and sliding doors that open up to a PRIVATE DECK (furnished with swinging chair). The second bedroom has a full queen bedroom set. It has an additional smaller bedroom attached. This bedroom its set up as an office. It has two additional two twin beds that can be moved and placed anywhere in the home. The living room is in front of the home and has unobstructed views of the water. It has a full size pullout bed to accommodate larger guests. The living room leads to a enclosed porch and then a large newly renovated front deck.
This home also has a private outdoor space attached to the kitchen. IT has a shared garage/driveway for six cars and a shared back yard with a fire pit and grill etc. This place is the perfect getaway.

Nice place, great backyard

Enjoyed our stay. I worked most days of the stay and we visited family in the area. The view of the marsh from the office was lovely. The place was clean and comfortable.
