This apartment is located in one of the most beautiful locations of the Baltic Sea Baabe. Only the well-maintained spa park separates the Baltic Sea beach from the house. Between the Baltic Sea beach and the apartment is only about 100 meters. Sea noise is guaranteed.
Baabe is one of the most beautiful places on the island of Rügen.
This newly renovated and high quality furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of the house. The apartment has a large terrace and a fenced garden in south-east orientation.
The 45sqm apartment has a living room, a large Schlafzmmer, hall and bathroom. The apartment is ideal for two people. A maximum of four people can live there. Here you will feel comfortable.
The living room with kitchenette and large dining table is equipped with a comfortable seating area with sofa and armchair. A flat-screen TV and a music system are available here. For maybe a third and fourth person you can convert the sofa to an extra double bed.
The large bedroom has a large double bed and a second TV. The bathroom is functional and modern, with shower, toilet, sink, Badheizköper and hair dryer.
On the large terrace you will find a comfortable sofa and sun loungers.
The house is underground with a basement garage. There is a parking space available for free.
