-Parking passes (one pass for the main garage (blue) and one for the overflow lot next to the building (orange).

-We provide a complimentary set of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, soap, and shampoo.

When we got to the room, the refrigerator was leaking and I had to be moved to another room. The rooms need upgrades and they do not provide housekeeping. Right across from the beach with a great location

Not Satisfied At All

We definitely will not do this again. We were not satisfied with rental. The elevators did not work majority of the time we were there. The lady at front desk when we checked in was not friendly and 5 mins before check in time she decided to go on break and when she got back it was a line of people trying to check in. Then when it was time to check in she still told us the room was not ready. To me check in means that it's ready....

Great Location

The condo was on a perfect location. The only problem was parking. The garage required permits to park for residents and there were not enough parking. The people going to the beach across the street parked their vehicles in the garage, so we had to park outside in another lot.
