Our three-bedroom condos give families and guests more than enough room to spread out and relax! Each unit will sleep up to 8-guests with 3 king beds, 1 set of bunks, 2 full baths, and are fully equipped with household essentials like basic cookware, linens, and a washer and dryer.

-Parking passes (one pass for the main garage (blue) and one for the overflow lot next to the building (orange).

-We provide a complimentary set of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, soap, and shampoo.

Most units have a washer and dryer, if your unit does not have a washer and dryer, please use coin operated laundry on the first floor as needed.

Love this place!

Great location, easy beach access and nice view! Elevator can take a while at peak times since this unit is on the 17th floor, but it’s not terrible. Apparently the building had an issues with the water and we were without water pressure for about 12 hours, but thankfully it was resolved quickly. My only complaint was that check in was at 4pm, and they wouldn’t allow us to check in early, but then the check in desk closed at 2pm that day so they had to text me the code and there was no one there to answer questions. Other than that the property was great! I would definitely consider staying here again!

I loved the penthouse it was very clean and modern! I know the next time we come to Panama City beach we aren’t second guessing our stay!!! This luxury penthouse was everything and more!
