Ski, snowboard and recreate in the Vail Valley or Summit County resorts, Ice skate on Nottingham Lake, cozy up by the fireplace, or Nordic ski at Beaver Creek's Nordic Center during the winter months.

In the summer, our 48-acre Nottingham Park has activities for the whole family. Rent paddle boards, peddle boats, fish, walk or play some volleyball in the sand. There is also a lakeside cinema where they offer free family movies in the park.

For all the anglers out there, the Eagle river will be in your backyard and offers world class fishing!

This place was perfect for our family. It was great having a separate bathroom for the teens boys. There were planty of extra blankets and towels and full size toiletries. The location is perfect too. The host was reposnive and nice. We will rent this condo again.

Wonderful location

My husband and I loved our stay here and hope to be able to stay many more times on our trips to see family. The location is perfect, the apartment is comfortable and roomy, and Caleb always answered our questions quickly.

The unit was nicely decorated and very comfortable. It is on the first floor with a slight view of parking lot. The beds are very comfortable and more than enough bedding, pillows and towels. Closets had enough room for all our stuff which is always a bonus. We really appreciate having shower gel, shampoo and conditioner as not to have to buy. The kitchen is well equipped however it’s time for some new pans as the coating is no longer non stick. Love the coffee and coco setup. There is a full pot coffee maker, an espresso machine and a single cup maker. We were able to all sit around the table to eat. The grill worked out great for steak nights and the couch was large enough to have 2 adults and 3 teenagers hang out watching movies and have a cozy real fire with more then enough wood and light blocks. It’s a great location as we walked to the parks, recreation center and bus stops around Avon and to Vail. Quick 5 minutes right up the road to Beaver creak ski area. City Market and Walmart in Avon had everything we needed.We really liked having an assigned parking spot to know you always have one near your unit. Enjoyed walking the trail along the river right backside of the unit. Even though complex is dated, unit was updated and very clean.

Terrific spot in Beaver Creek

Close to everything… a short drive to the free lots for skiing at Beaver Creek and very convenient to local shopping… but tucked away and quiet. Right on the path by the river, which was great with our pup. Caleb is terrific. Super spot, well-equipped kitchen. Just what we needed.

The condo was clean and liked the colorful decor, you can tell the owners take pride in their place and want their guests to enjoy it as well. The communication with the host or host manager was great. Thank you for sharing your place. We had a good time in the mountains.
