Fantastic new townhouse with three bedrooms and three baths. This wonderful home is located in an eco-friendly community; it is close to Disney and conveniently located to visit all the major restaurants, superstores, and shopping outlets. The house is fully equipped with all you need for a comfortable stay.

All bedrooms have flat-screen smart TV. The unit has WIFI and a private splash pool where you can relax without leaving home.

You will have access to the clubhouse with a pool and gym.

The house has three bedrooms, one located on the first floor. One of the bedrooms has a king bed, the other a queen bed, and the third one has two single beds. The community is safe and quiet.

Could be a 5 star stay…

I always try to leave good constructive reviews when I have not 100% thoughts! GREAT: - Communication from booking to checkout - Kitchen, Living Area, downstairs really, safe area - Quiet, Private and easy to come and go - Everything you need is close by NOT SO GREAT: - Carpet on stairs and upstairs needs to be replaced with plank flooring ASAP. It’s stained, crusty and not appealing at all. - Beds were comfortable and bedding was nice but pillows were thinnest I’ve ever laid my head on. Spend $9 and buy some nicer pillows - Pool is actually a little bit bigger than a large hot tub. I would say it would be fine for 1-2 people/kids to have a time. - Location is good as long as you know it’s 22-35 mins to the parks parking lot with traffic. - Shower has amazing pressure but need to put adjustable setting heads. The pressure wouldn’t change and isn’t comfortable for all people. -Mats need to be replaced everywhere front entrance, bathrooms, etc I would give this a 3.5 but I gave them to a 4 for benefit of the doubt. Hopefully they change these minor things!
