Simple 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home in a peaceful complex. 4 miles from Disney. Relax, family style in community with children's playground and walking trail. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need for home dining. Dining area overlooking the lighted pool. Near to all restaurants, shopping, and within range of many delivery options.
Pets are permitted under 20 lbs with $150 surcharge

Upon arrival, you will find an initial start up of supplies for your use. Supplies provided are:
* 1 x roll of paper towels
* 1 x dish sponge
* 2 x dishwasher tablets
* 1 x small dish soap
* 1 x trash bag per bin
* 1 x toilet roll in each bathroom
* Small hand soaps in each bathroom
* For all of your other needs, there are grocery stores within 5 miles (Publix, Aldi, Walmart)
* In addition to your groceries, we highly recommend purchasing additional items to the startup list above - especially extra toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags.

BBQ Rental is $75 for 1 week stay, comes with a full tank of gas, should be requested and paid before arrival

We reserve the right to require all adult guests to provide identification

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The house maximum occupancy is per stated in the ad.
Guests exceeding maximum occupancy or reservation amount (number of
individuals listed in the reservation) will have their reservation
terminated immediately and incur in an additional charge of $50 / day
per Individual not disclosed in the reservation.

PARKING: There is no garage parking available. Driveway parking

Early check-ins (when possible): Must always be authorized by Host.

No communication, no check in details, no stay!!

I had no communication from the host/owner and no check in details. I had to wait until I had arrived in Orlando after a 10 hour flight and after the check in time before I could start the refund process and look for a new villa through vrbo. It was evening so had to find a hotel for the night then start looking the next day. We were only there for 8 days so this took out one day which was very annoying. The phone number listed for the host didn't exist. Don't book this place! It had no reviews and was a new listing. I should have realised there would have been a problem.
