Vacay

The mattresses were very uncomfortable and had divets in them. Our car was towed because it was backed into a parking spot but there were no signs stating couldnt back in nor was it on our parking instructions. We did get reimbursed for the towing but it was a day away from time in our vacation as well as the shear horror of walking out and seeing your car is missing. Not how you want to spend a day of your vacation.

No handrail

We had a great time, the unit we stayed in had a little climb to get to the entrance a handrail would be helpful for handicapped or elderly guests. We think the unit was a great value and would stay again.

Not at all what we expected

The condo is rundown and extremely dirty. For a place that charges a crazy amount for cleaning fee the place was not even remotely clean. The floor was absolutely dirty, when wiping crumbs the baby spilled the paper towel was black! The shower head in the master is hanging off the wall and rusted. The handle for the shower was broken and had mold. The sponge in the kitchen was smelly and old, we had to buy new ones. There was nail clippers and lighters in the dresser drawers and used food in the pantry and fridge that should’ve been discarded before our check in. The furniture was old and ripped and smelly. They charge a high cleaning fee but expect you to strip the beds and dump your trash in the dumpster. They expect the dishwasher to be emptied with the dishes in the cabinets. This is not a place I would return to again especially for the amount of money we paid to stay here and the amount for the cleaning fee.

GREAT LOCATION

It was a great place to stay and definitely recommend it to anyone with a big family going to Disney. It was nice to not all be on top of one another in a tiny space. The kids loved the Mickey and Minnie room also. The master bedroom was awesome with the attched bathroom.

Kissimee Getaway

Property was clean, check in was easy, the pictures in the photos make it look ALOT nicer than the acutal property. It was fine but just not what I expected to see when I got there. Overall I was happy with the stay, the price was reasonalbe and probably what it should be with the way the property was.

Stayed while visiting Disney. Location is great. It's near restaurants, Disney and shopping, including grocery store. Upstairs renters were VERY loud even after midnight. But that was not the fault of Evolve. I would stay at the property again but maybe request an upstairs condo.

Good location for Disney

We had a very good experience. At check in (which was very late due to flight delay), I notice one of the toilet was leaking but it was fixed the next day with no further issues. Very good location for grocery shopping, restaurants, and Disney World

The property as whole is pretty rough including the pool area. Room was fairly clean expect for the black mold in the guest shower. Would not stay here again for the money we paid.

It was a great location and clean. But everything was so outdated. The lighting was bad the lights was so dim. And the bathtub faucets needs replaced. Better decor and get rid of fake flowers (dust collectors) But would stay again because of the location and cleanliness.

Big, Broken and Loud

The good with the bad. Good: The size of this place was fabulous! We only had one child with us, but this would be a decent size place for a larger family. In a good location for accessing shops, restaurants, etc. Bad: I don’t know if they’re in the middle of remodeling/decorating but there were a lot of things that were broken. The kitchen faucet was not attached to the counter, the blinds did not open and close in most rooms, and the bed frame made a noise every time you moved (literally). The neighbor above was quite loud, but that’s expected when you live under someone. Overall, the place was fine but I don’t think we would stay there again.

Listing Accurate/ Convenient BUT

Feel like there should have been a welcome not stating where to locate trash units rather than having to locate them ourselves around the neighborhood. Unit has termites as we couldn’t cook in peace nor enjoy time on the couch in the living room, the guest shower had long pieces of hair which wasn’t any of ours . Still trying to understand the cleaning fee when we had to do majority of the work that would be included into the fee .. Overall if the termites are treated , then this unit would be absolutely great .

Photos on Evolve Misrepresent this property

The photographs of this property on Evolve in no way represent the current condition of the property, including the exterior and interior. The photos 0n Evolve in my guess are probably about 7-10 years old. The place was an absolute dump. It smelled moldy, it had water damage on the ceilings, the walls were no longer white and needed to be repainted, the couch and other furniture were worn out, etc…. We stayed in this place only long enough to make a hotel reservation over at a property at Walt Disney World, and had to cut our stay a day short because of this fiasco. The outside of the building was just as creepy as the inside of the apartment. We new the minute we walked up that something was wrong with this place. If I could give it a ZERO l would without any reservation in doing so. We initially chose this property because of how the apartment looked in the photos, but those were a clear misrepresentation of what the place actually looked like.

Very nice condo

Very clean and nice place. It had comfortable couches and beds, very good WiFi, reliable air conditioning, and all the essentials in terms of linens etc. The pool and hot tub were nice, clean and not crowded, and the staff person in the clubhouse was very friendly and helpful. If someone wanted to cook there it could use better pots and pans, and the microwave has seen better days. We had to shop right after we arrived because there was almost no toilet tissue in the house, so the cleaning people should replenish when they clean up. Overall we were very pleased with the condo.

The beds are very hard it looks like ther was water damage smell like mold funny smell tv NEVER work

I wish I could have seen it first I book it couldn't watch tv when it did come on it was on a Spanish channel at all times I ask the host her response was I dnt know 😕
