St. George Island Beach welcomes "Beachton Breeze" formerly known as "Simplicity" --- This private home was built, furnished, and decorated with luxury in mind for the ultimate beach vacation home. With 10' ceilings and an open floor plan there is plenty of space for you and your family to relax, unwind, and enjoy island life!
Upon arrival you will notice under-house parking for multiple vehicles, access to the beautiful pool area with plenty of seating, an outdoor hot/cold shower, fish cleaning station, half bath, and a grilling station with 2 charcoal grills. You will enter Beachton Breeze from the enclosed stairs located under the house near parking and you will be in awe of the large 10' ceiling foyer opening to the kitchen/living/dining area located on the second floor. Our gourmet chef inspired kitchen is well-stocked and offers a six-burner gas stove, double ovens, and a large built-in refrigerator, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and plenty of space around the large island for all of the chefs in your family! The dining table seats 10 with additional seating for 4 located at the bar. The open floor plan allows you to enjoy one of the expansive covered decks, or lounge in the living area while still enjoying the view. Off of the kitchen you will find a half bath, as well as a king master suite with bathroom including a walk-in shower.
On the 3rd floor there is a second living area with a daybed (trundle) plus two chairs to relax, read, and enjoy the shaded deck while watching dolphins swim. This area also has a flat screen smart TV, small beverage cooler, bar sink, and regular coffee maker. On this level there are three additional bedrooms including two king suites with balcony access and their own private bath/shower as well as a queen over queen bunk bedroom with en-suite bath.
Beachton Breeze is conveniently located just three blocks from the heart of St. George Island and is right off the bike path for easy access. Beachton Breeze is located within the golf cart district close to shops, restaurants, and the lighthouse yet when you are there you feel secluded in your own oasis.
