Should be more descriptive as to location. Neighbors close on both sides, so not very private. Needs higher wall on west side of yard to obstruct view of neighbors as they do their landscaping, should help with intrusive noise as well. Small view of woods and it really feels like you’re in a back yard, not at some private secluded destination in the mountains with the river and trees. Instead it’s like your in a neighborhood in a backyard with some trees and a creek that runs through it.

Charlie and Kait are wonderful Hosts! Even provided thoughtful "extras" such as wine, mints, movies, books, etc.Communication was excellent with several checks to ensure all was well and we were happy with everything (which we were).Charlie was quite responsive and helpful when we had a small issue with showering; he showed us the mechanics of how the system worked: issue resolved. Very friendly and fun to talk with.....Thanks, Charlie!The unit itself is nicely put together; quite spacious and well appointed. Cannot say enough about the fantastic patio and backyard that are there for the exclusive use of the visitors; spent a good deal of time just loving life in the quiet, peaceful environment provided. Grass, trees, a small "creek" and access to Cottonwood creek made for a pleasant stay.As an added bonus, Main Street was a short one mile walk away and over 10 restaurants were within easy walking distance.Overall, a great experience, one we hope to repeat should the fates allow.
