inviting, spacious apartment in a real old pearl of Berlin directly opposite the Viktoriapark in Kreuzberg, in the middle of Berlin. The apartment is at our guests' disposal, it is fully equipped to live, work, relax, enjoy ... Families can feel just as comfortable as business travelers. We pay attention to the high quality of our equipment and attach great importance to hygiene and cleanliness. An ideal starting point to discover the main town!
Welcome to an old Berlin building that combines the charm of bygone days with cozy, modern furnishings.
You enter the apartment through an old ornate wooden door and first enter the hallway, which is presented with fine brown parquet and old wooden cassette doors. Left and right are the first two bedrooms that offer a total of 5 beds on high-quality single and king-size box spring beds. One of the rooms faces the street, the other faces the quiet courtyard.
Two doors lead right into the bright living room, equipped with 2 large comfortable sofa beds and HD TV, to the left into the impressive, spacious living / dining room. Both rooms are connected by a double wing door, so that the open feeling of space is further enhanced.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for everyday life and more: dishes, pots, pans, stove, oven, sink, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster etc. The combined washing machine with integrated dryer is also located here. All devices are new.
In the back of the apartment, facing the inner courtyard, there are 2 full-size shower rooms and another bedroom with 2 single beds on top-quality box spring beds.
Of course, we provide our guests with fresh bed linen and towels free of charge.
This apartment is not affected by the Berlin misappropriation law, because it is a former commercial area that we have converted into an apartment. So you live 100% legally with us.
Since 2014, the City of Berlin has levied the so-called CityTax on all private short-term stays of up to 21 days. This is 5% of the gross booking price and must be paid separately from the booking price. The only exceptions are business trips and stays longer than 21 days.
