2-room apartment with balcony and beautiful lake view
In the pretty "Residenza Arcobaleno" we offer you a tastefully furnished 2-room apartment upstairs and an attractive 3½-room terraced house. It is a beautiful, quiet and sunny panoramic location on the edge of the romantic village of Pino. In about 5 minutes walk to a "mom and pop shop" and in about 800 meters the public beach and a good restaurant / pizzeria in a beautiful location right on the lake. About 1.5 km away is a very beautiful beach area with lawn and children's playground, a good restaurant and a wind and kitesurfing school. A wide network with beautiful walking and hiking trails covers the area and is practically in front of the residence. The 2-room apartment has a single garage. Otherwise there are numerous free parking spaces above the residence. The tastefully furnished 2-room apartment "Appartamento Arco" is located upstairs. On approximately 55 m² of living space spread over a living room with kitchenette, a double bedroom and a bathroom. Both the living / dining room and the approximately 15 m² large balcony enjoy a breathtaking view of the lake, the islands of Brissago and the Alps. The apartment has a 17 m² single garage in about 80 meters away. There are also plenty of free parking spaces above the residence. Pets are not allowed. Die Wohnung kann man grundsätzlich empfehlen, alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber Top in Ordnung und sauber. Preis-Leistung absolut okay.Lediglich gab es am ersten Tag eine starke Lärmbelästigung durch Disco/Techno Musik, die im ganzen Ort bis in die Nacht zu hören war. Dies ist wohl in der Ortschaft seit längerem bekannt, konnte aber bisher (auch von den ständigen Bewohnern) nicht abgestellt werden.

Die Sauberkeit war grundsätzlich in Ordnung. Es fehlte lediglich ein bisschen Sauberkeit an den Stellen, wo man nicht so oft putzt, z. B. in den Schränken. Im Bad stünden mal ein paar kleinere Reparaturen an, so fehlt am Spülkasten zum Beispiel die Abdeckung. Ist aber auch nicht weiter tragisch. Wir konnten damit gut umgehen.

Het ontvangst door de gastheer was zeer hartelijk! Ondanks dat we een uur te vroeg waren en ik de bevestigingsapp 2 dagen voor dato vergeten was te sturen, kwam hij er gelijk aan! Erg fijn! Helaas lag het app direct voor een straat met parkeerplaatsen en garageboxen. Laats genoemde wordalsopslagruimte
