Great Gulf Views!!!!

Your therapeutic retreat at Dune Therapy has everything you could want in an island vacation home! Just steps from the beach, private waterfall pool, , hot tub, corn hole, outside screened and covered bar with tv, and the list goes on!

This house has unique features, such as Spanish tile throughout the living room, kitchen, dining room and wood floors in bedrooms; a large screened in porch that has proven to be a favorite hangout for families to have meals, watch the big game or big race, with a bar and tv, tables and chairs and ceiling fans; large front porch with plenty of seating that wraps around the house, connecting to the screened in porch, making it a favorite spot to seek sunrises and toast sunsets, overlooking the pool to supervise the kids and view the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. From the front porch, you can also see dolphins in their playing glory.

The private pool can be heated for an additional fee.

Upon arrival, you will be greeted with native Florida landscaping, plenty of parking and a house waiting to be enjoyed inside and out.

The main floor living area reveals gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico out of the front glass doors and windows. Also on the main floor are the well stocked kitchen with gas stove, large dining room, and a laundry room. The king master bedroom has a private bath with a jetted tub, large flat screen tv and sliding glass doors to the porch with Gulf views; a second king bedroom with large flat screen tv shares a roomy bathroom with a queen bedroom that has a flat screen tv and sliding glass doors to the porch with views of the Gulf.

The ground level provides a family suite, with its own access and is not connected to the upstairs accommodations. The suite sleeps up to 8 with a bunk room of 4, a large open room with a king bed and a daybed with trundle, large tv, bathroom, washer and dryer, kitchenette with full size refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven and coffee maker.

Large gas grill and a park style charcoal grill are provided under the house where you will find a fish cleaning sink and counter, as well as additional bench seating.
Beach chairs, umbrella and a beach cart are in the guest storage area under the house,

The island bike bath is just behind the house and just 5 blocks away you are in close proximity to restaurants and shops by a short walk, bike or golf cart.

Home is supplied with satellite and Wi-Fi.

This home is located in the golf cart friendly area of the island. (Please follow golf cart rules)

Making lasting memories are important, and this trip was in the top 3!!

Dune Therapy is spacious and equipped with all the amenities you could desire or require. The pool, the expansive back porch, and the breathtaking views—we spent more time on the porch and in the pool than we did in the house. Already reserved for the following year.!!

Wonderful Vacation

Dune Therapy is a large home with a nice deck, large & lovely screened in porch and the truly fabulous pool comes complete with toys & floats. We had a couple of minor issues during our stay and management responded immediately.

Dune Therapy lived up to the hype!

We had an amazing stay at Dune Therapy. The extra big spaces- living room, screened in recreation room, and wrap around deck were perfect for our large family and pups. The view of the ocean is unobstructed and the walk to the beach is no more than 2 minutes. The front yard and pool area created a wonderful sense of oasis and privacy. Great value all around. We will definitely stay here again.

We have spent a total of 6 months at Dune Therapy over the last two winters and we couldn't love it more. We have already booked for 2024 and can't wait to get back to the SGI. Perfect for our family vacation

Dune Therapy checked all the boxes for our perfect family vacation! Roxanne is great to work with and always responded quickly to any questions we had-which were not many!! Great time in St George

Very comfortable home for relaxing and enjoying Florida. The management company goes beyond accommodating in addressing any need we had. There was not a utensil, bowl, glass, skillet that was not provided. The beach towels being provided was really nice. We'll be back to St George in a year or two and will be calling Go SGI for our next rental.

Perfect Christmas Trip!

Our stay at Dune Therapy was absolutely perfect! The rental was furnished with everything we needed and extremely clean. We were able to swim every day in the heated pool and loved sitting on the deck during the day looking at the ocean. The enclosed deck was nice for watching tv in the evenings. Roxanne was wonderful to work with and was also very responsive in answering any questions we had. We have visited the past 5 years for Christmas and Dune Therapy was by far one of the nicest rentals we have stayed at.

It was nice but need to tweak a couple of things on the web site!

We had a wonderful time… the pool was nice for the kids. But a couple if things they need to change the picture of the beautiful view because a huge house has been built and you can’t see the ocean. Also the Down stairs room with the buck room attached is not accessible to the up stairs on the inside Only by the outside stairs it was a nice stay overall and Roxanne was great! Very helpful!

Roxanne is awesome!!! Go SGI Vacation Properties!!

Would not rent from anyone else, but Roxanne! She was so attentive, always responded quickly, easy to work with and caring!! Dune Therapy was clean, neat, and furnished very well, we never ran out of anything, and that's hard to say when you have 11 people in one house for a week!! Roxanne made renting easy, more homes should be managed by her!! Booking now for next year with Roxanne!!

Family Vacation

This is the quintessential old Florida beach house. Wonderful location with many amenities. The screen porch was our favorite place. Plenty of space for our family. There were some issues with the A/C and the hot water. Roxanne handled these issues timely. Roxanne is awesome. She makes the process to rent so easy and tries to accommodate special needs. I would definitely recommend this beach house, especially if Roxanne is the property manager.

It was wonderful.

We loved Dune Therapy. With 5 grandchildren under 6 the walk to the beach and the pool were awesome. The house itself was wonderful- very well furnished for our needs. We loved the bar room. What was especially nice for us grandparents and an aunt was the room downstairs. It gave us a chance to have some peace and quiet if needed. We want to thank Roxanne for making everything go smoothly from rental process to arrival to leaving. There were two issues with the house which she came over immediately to deal with and we appreciated that. We would definitely use this house again and most definitely use GOSGI Properties again.

Perfect!

Our stay was fantastic, the house was very accommodating! The layout made for great spaces for the kids to have their own games and TV's going. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed quite a bit, and had ample space for adults to sit and watch in the shade. Driveway was wide and large enough for multiple trucks/boats to park, and still maneuver well; also had the ability to park at the bottom of the stairs for easy loading/unloading. Great place - highly recommend!! Roxanne made everything SO EASY, check in and check out were a breeze, all information like wifi passwords etc., were readily available! Our booking had to be rescheduled due to an impending storm, and Roxanne could not have made the process any EASIER; she took care of everything, seamlessly, to the point we never stressed a second! Great company, great house, unbeatable service!

Our perfect second home.

This home has something for everyone! Comfortable, inviting, dog friendly…. And the best ocean view! The kitchen is well stocked and spacious enough to have several people preparing meals. On rainy days, there is not just the living room, but the side porch and covered areas under the porch. On those days, we worked on puzzles, played darts, and played corn hole. We enjoyed quiet time in the hot tub with our morning coffee and relaxing at the end of the day. When it was too windy to sit at the beach, the pool area was a perfect sunbathing/reading area. It’s the perfect distance to walk to town. When we did need assistance, the management company responded quickly. Best company to work with!

Amazing stay!

This house and the location are amazing! The house is extremely spacious and having the extra " apartment" downstairs is a bonus especially if you travel with teenagers. The house has everything needed! The bar outside was so much fun, what a great addition. The location is great, we watched dolphins often with our morning coffee and the beach is just across the street. We had the pool heated which was so much fun for the kids to play in. Another bonus was the hot tub of course, especially on cooler evenings. If you are looking for the ultimate getaway, with a bar, hot tub, fireplace, pool and amazing outdoor space (the decks wraps around the whole house), this is your space!

Perfect Christmas Trip!

This was our second year staying at Dune Therapy for Christmas. Even with the weather being extremely cold the first part of our trip we still had a great time. Dune Therapy has all the conveniences of home and is pet friendly. Roxanne the property manager is great to work with. She just a phone call away and responds quickly to your needs. I highly recommend this home.

Wonderful family week at SGI!

Dune Therapy was a wonderful house for our annual family week at the beach! We've been coming to SGI almost every year since 1989 so we've stayed at many properties. This one fit all our needs for 2021! The 4 grandkids, ages 17-25, loved having their own space downstairs! The upstairs was perfect for the rest of us! We all especially liked to hang out on the large, screened in porch with rocking chairs! Thanks for a great vacation!

Perfect location with a great view!!!

If you are looking for a large vacation rental home with a good location and a great view don’t look any further… you just found it with Dune Therapy… our family really enjoyed this vacation rental. The house had everything that we could possibly need to enjoy our week. With the convenience of the beautiful ocean right across the street, being able to see it from every front window in the home and the large deck overlooking the swimming pool with the ocean in the background was a great way to start our morning sitting there drinking coffee.. If you have multiple families going that wants some additional privacy this house works really well having a separate area underneath the house with separate entrance. It had a very large bedroom with a little kitchenette, bathroom with washer and dryer and another small bedroom with double bunkbeds for the kids.. also working with Roxanna was wonderful, one of the days the air condition was not cooling like it should, I made one phone call to Roxanna and within 30 minutes she has someone there to check the air condition. They had us cooled off in no time, we could not of asked for better service. I would definitely stay here again or recommend this to my family and friends.
