Exterior Construction Improvements around the resort will be on-going through March 2026. At least 1 pool will remain open during this time. King Master Bedroom overlooks the Gulf of Mexico! The kitchen has stainless steel appliances. It has an open floor plan and a spacious balcony with breathtaking views of the white sandy beaches located here on the Emerald Coast. The queen sleeper sofa makes into a bed which allows this condo to sleep 4 comfortably. The resort offers hot tubs, three resort pools, poolside bar and grill and a grilling area for you to enjoy! Condo 4-805 is located in Tower 4 on the 8th floor. The age requirement to rent this condo is 25.

Very nice and clean. Beautiful beach view. Convenient to everything. I would DEFINITELY recommend and stay here again. Communication was excellent. Perfect getaway.

Wonderful all around!

Host was very accommodating and easy to reach! We didn't have any issues but had direct contact if needed. Property is beautiful and such a short walk to the beach compared to other beachfront properties we've rented! The kids loved the pools! Would absolutely book here again and may do so in the future!

Nice Condo

The condo was in a great location with a lot of stores, restaurants, groceries close by. The patio was the wonderful. Great views of the ocean as shown in pictures. The condo could use some cleaning, but with it being so close to the ocean it wasn't horrible. Overall would recommend and would stay again.

Relaxing Getaway ☀️🏖

My husband and I nad a very relaxing trip! This condo had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. By far the best mattress and pillows I have ever had outside of mv own home. We loved the balcony with the colorful accents and the furniture and placement was perfect! The beach chairs included with the room was the icing on the cake!! 🏖☀️

Perfect stay.

The only complaint we had was the gate to the beach slamming every time. It could be heard on the 8th floor and woke us up from napping. On the beach that is all we heard. Slam, Slam, Slam. Other than that it was perfect.

Great beach stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend stay at this condo. The views alone are worth the trip! The unit was charming, well decorated, clean, and updated. We felt comfortable and welcome. The check-in was easy and Farah kept us informed via texts. The complex was expansive and had all the amenities you could need. We enjoyed the beach walks and the pool. There were plenty of restaurants to choose from or you could grab groceries nearby and eat in. Great options. We will definitely return.

Great Location, Great Condo, Great Host.

The condo was clean, well-furnished, and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The living area was spacious, making it easy to prepare meals when dining in. The master bedroom had a stunning ocean view, which was a great way to start each day. The condo's location was ideal, with the beach just steps away and restaurants, shops, and attractions within walking distance. The host was responsive and accommodating, providing clear instructions and promptly addressing any questions. Recommendations: !Bring paper towels! and dishwasher pods if you don't hand wash dishes. Overall, this condo met all my expectations. I recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation in Panama City Beach.

Long Beach Resort

The room was great overall. The communication with Farah was great! Our keypad batteries died and she responded right away and had us back in our room in no time with a technician out the next morning. This is our 2nd time at this resort and the poolside bar is amazing! Great pina colodas and food! The reason for the 4 star review is due to there only being 4 towels total for a 1 week stay for 2 people. Even if we used our towels 2 x a piece we still would have had to wash them; however, I and many other people do not reuse their towels. So we had to wash towels twice and the dryer did not work great. The bed was also so very uncomfortable. I could not wait to get home to my bed. The owners should really consider updating that!

Vacation 2023

It had been a few years since we have been able to come back to the beach, so we decided to try longbeach again where we have stayed before. We were not disappointed! This 8th floor one bedroom condo was perfect for us. It was clean upon arrival and had a large balcony. It wasnt near the elevator, so no beeps or dings from that. We loved the big tub and hot shower, as well as the 2 sinks. Usually i have to share... Farah was so kind and communication was excellent. We even got the code early that the room was ready. I would highly reccomend this condo to anyone. The only negative thing i can think of would be the beach chairs. I was constantly running people out of "my chairs" lol. I thought the older wooden chairs were so much better. They were numbered and were spaced better.

Wonderful week! Super easy beach access.

We had such a wonderful vacation! The condo was very clean, with everything in working order. The furniture and decor was newer, comfortable and really nice! There were no hangers in the closet, but I simply purchased a $5 set of 10 and left them for the next renters, no worries. Having to lug beach supplies for young children, we were very happy to find the beach access exceptionally close to the elevators. Oh, and elevators both worked and were super fast the entire stay! If you read reviews for most beach condos, you will find elevators to be a major point of complaint. Go to the beach attendant ASAP on arrival and reserve your chairs for the whole week. Make sure to request right in front of tower 4 to take advantage of the previously mentioned beach access. The main "Lagoon" pool is absolutely ice water! Were talking numb legs after a few minutes. LOL. However, the smaller pools in front of the buildings were heated and perfect Farah was a pleasure to work with! I'm not sure I've ever had a property manager so quick to respond to any questions or issues. Over-all one of our more enjoyable stays in PCB!

Absolutely Perfect!

We arrived on Saturday afternoon, and our condo was clean and ready right on time. The views from the living room and the bedroom were amazing. This room was perfect for my husband and I. It is decorated nicely and the couches are comfy. The big mirror in the bathroom area was a great space to get ready for dinner each night after being at the beach all day. This is the 2nd time we have rented this condo and it will always be our 1st choice when we get a chance to get away for some relaxation. Farrah is always wonderful to deal with when booking. We are very pleased!

Perfect. Wonderful!!

Our 3 week stay was perfect. A bit of cold weather was not what we had ordered but I guess is to be expected. Fantastic balcony for those morning coffees. Truly a nice place to stay with all the amenities.
