In order to provide guests with a clean, fresh, well-maintained space, this is a Non-Smoking, No Pets unit. And
all occupants to be at least 25 years old unless children with family.

Great getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay, the condo is clean and well appointed. Love the beach chair and umbrella service. It is conveniently located to restaurants, grocery stores and souvenir shops. 10/10 would recommend!

Would definitely recommend this condo. Very clean had one issue and it was taken care of. Probably manager was really nice when I talked to her. Hope to go back next for our girls trip.

Lovely condo!

We enjoyed staying at this condo and will be back! The condo was a home away from home. It was clean, well stocked and we even enjoyed the beach chair rental! It was a perfect and relaxing stay for our family.

Perfect Adult Stay!

The condo is located in a great location. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Everything was very clean. Enjoyed all of the onsite amenities. Very quiet and peaceful. Perfect for a get away with your spouse. Only things that we did not like was the bed was very hard and we woke with stiff sore backs.

The condo was just as pictured and had everything we needed for a great weeks vacation. The location was wonderful, and our communication with our host was perfect. If there’s any complaint at all, it would be that our week went by too fast.

Home away from home

This condo is great. Has all the comforts of home. I chose this condo for the furniture. It has 2 recliners, and the patio furniture is low, not the highchairs. The owners are very informative. You're in-walking distance to food, convenience store, arcade, mini golf, go carts and ice cream shop (CASH ONLY FOR ICE CREAM SHOP).

Gulf Front Condo

Well equipped and condo as advertised. Beautiful stretch of beach and owner paid chairs are a GREAT plus - not all rentals provide this. Do wish they wouldn’t pick up chairs for the end of the day so early but this isn’t anything to do with owner or this unit.

The condo was very nice!

The condo was very nicely furnished and very neat. Everything was very clean except the floors could have used a bit more attention. The furniture was more comfortable than most condos and the kitchen was very well equipped. The fact that the beach chair rental was covered with the condo cost was an added bonus. We would definitely stay again!

Very pleased with my stay

Overall, very pleased with our stay. Room was nice and clean. There was a maintenance issue that had to be fixed during our stay but those things happen. Owner was very easy to get in contact with and kept me up to date on what was going on with the issue so it didn’t really interfere with my stay at all. Would definitely stay there again if I return to the area.

Great beach condo—great location!

My family loved staying in this beach condo. It was perfect for our family of four and the perfect location for both the beach and getting to fun, local attractions. (Super convenient to the baseball fields!) One great thing about this rental, besides how clean and well-kept it is, is that the owner has pre-rented the beach chairs for you. Normally they are around $40 a day so that was a nice perk. Jill, the property manager, was very easy to work with and quick with her replies to any question I had. The sunset views were the best!

Great view!

The condo is very clean with easy access to the beach. Very happy with the management. Jill called me as we were on our way to Florida to say she checked the condo after the cleaning service left. The shower curtain had a large amount of mold so she was sending the crew back to take care of it. I appreciate her telling me instead of finding it myself. I offered to just get a new curtain and she reimbursed me quickly.

Great place!

My family and I enjoyed the condo! The AC unit struggled to get down to the 70 degree mark that we wanted it on, but it got close (73 i think). That was our only issue with the condo. Other than that, it was a great place to stay. Very clean!

Wonderful Stay!

We had a very enjoyable visit to the beach over Christmas! This condo was perfect for the two of us which was located in the Emerald Beach Resort. The condo had lovely decor, it was very clean and ready for us to enjoy! Parking was across the street but the covered sky bridge made it easy to walk over to the resort. We had only one small issue with the room access key pad and the property manager was great to work with! Jill was pleasant to talk to and arrived quickly to immediately resolve the issue. This was a great location with beautiful views of the ocean and it was very close to shops and restaurants!! We will definitely stay here again!

The condo itself was beautiful, very clean and decorated professionally. It had everything that we needed for the week. The beach chairs/umbrella was really nice to have been included in the condo price. The outside hallways and elevators were not kept up/cleaned as well as we would have expected for a Wyndham resort. The parking garage was across the street. Nearby restaurant options was nice as well as close proximity to Pier Park for retail therapy 👍🏻
