King luxury spacious home near Disney world-pool

Located in a secured gated community. This recently refurbished (May 2022) spacious home offers everything you could need to enjoy your trip. Within easy reach of Disney, shopping, and dozens of restaurants. With 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, there is plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind. A comfortable living area, large open kitchen with a dining table plus an additional formal dining area, game room, and grill next to pool/spa with large covered lanai to allow outdoor dining.

10 minutes from the main gate of Walt Disney World this villa is the perfect location. It is also just 20 minutes from Sea world and 25 minutes from the Universal theme parks. If you want to go to one of Florida's world famous beaches, either coast is just over an hour drive away.

​​​​​​​No Party Policy: It is our strict policy to forbid any parties/raves at the property. Since this is a residential area, high noise levels are restricted from 10pm-7am. We would appreciate that you respect the house and environment in which you choose to stay in.

No Smoking Policy: Please be aware that any form of smoking may activate the house smoke alarm and any tampering with our fire detector will incur a fine.

Should we believe that the guests have been smoking / vaping in bedrooms, balcony, patio or any part of the house, a smoking fine of will be charged for deep cleaning.

No Pet Policy: Although we love animals, we do have a strict "NO PET POLICY" to maintain the cleanliness of the house. You are subject to be charged an extra fee for non-compliance.

Beautiful Quiet Community and Lovely Home

Good looking tree-lined entrance prior to reaching the subdivision made a great impression. Spacious home that's delightfully decorated. Pool and and hot tub looked clean although we didn't use it. Cleanliness was acceptable and area was quiet the majority of the time. We would stay again when in the area. Thanks for having us as your guests!

Fun and teaching paradise

children loved the technology. Got a good unexpected time to teach how internet works on a refrigerator. they were so taken the pool was almost forgotten. Loved it!!!!

Hot Tub

We rented this property because of the pool and hot tub, and paid the extra fee for use of the hot tub. Unfortunately it didn’t work and although the host refunded the fee it was disappointing that it was unusable all weekend.

Very beautiful house

The home was very beautiful, really clean and in a great area. The house looked exactly like the pictures. The only 2 things that I didn’t like was there is no privacy fence around the backyard or pool and I don’t remember the listing mentioning anything about cameras on the home. I felt creeped out about that liked we were being watched. However, the host was warm and welcoming and super responsive. He replies back very quickly. Over all I would stay there again and recommend.

Well maintained and clean property

I had a great experience staying at this property. The property owner, Bendjie, was very communicative throughout the whole process. Our check-in and checkout was effortless. Furthermore, the property was clean and well maintained with many of the amenities we needed for our stay. All the appliances seems to be high end and new. A couple minor details we noted but that did not affect my overall rating of this property. - 1) the dishwasher had a bad smell. It was probably due to food debris clogging up in the drain line. This dishwasher and all the appliances are relatively new. I relayed my finding to the owner and she will have that taken cared of before the next renter arrive. 2) only one large garbage bag. If possible, leave a spare just in case more than one is needed. Overall, we love the house and our time at the property. We would definitely stay here again if we come to Orlando and would recommend this property to our friends and families.

Nice house but could use some work

Pros: nice neighborhood, close to grocery stores, owner was very responsive, the house is very nice looking both inside and outside. Cons: cleanliness of house could be better. Floors and toilets lids were sticky in areas, dead bugs on inside window sills . We had to wash sheets and blankets when we arrived due to stains. Didn’t realize we would have an empty propane tank when we arrived, so we had to refill (owner did reimburse us). The bbq itself was very dirty and dripping grease. A lack of everyday products (dish soap, hand soap, dish clothes, paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, basic seasonings like salt and pepper). The hardware on one of the dressers were all broken off, the coffee table is very wobbly. Would recommend cleaning the patio cushions as they’re all pretty dirty. Lots a garbage was sitting all around the garbage cans outside.

Nice stay for family with a few things to improve

The property was very nice. You could tell it was a recent renovation. It was well decorated but some things weren't captured in the renovation like the peeling paint on the handrail of the stairs. Also, not all ceiling fans were updated and were unreliable. We didn't have any major issues, but there were a couple of things needing improvement. First, the incorrect door code was provided by VRBO. Luckily the property managers answered when we called so we weren't standing at the door too long. The A/C was either not on or set very high before our arrival. It took quite a while for the house to cool off and the upstairs bedrooms did not cool off until the next day. That first night was very uncomfortable in the room without a ceiling fan. Lastly, remote controls were missing for the TVs in the 2 smaller bedrooms. The property managers got some ordered and delivered the next day. Overall, my family was still happy with the home.

Our experience from 16 nights for 4 adults and 3 children

Things we liked: - the space and environments of the house - the condominium (safe, calm, with playground and tennis court) - the location of the house: -- access to a Publix 5min away -- access to department stores (JCPenney, Staples, Target, Best Buy and others) 15 minutes away -- access to Disney parks 25min away - home appliances and electronics - the fact of having a sound dock in the fridge itself was really cool! Things we didn't like: - the house was very very dirty in general upon check-in: the floor was greasy and slippery, dirty windows, front yard with rubbish scattered around (empty cans, empty packages), dirty dishes, bedding with a musty smell, very dirty grill, furniture very dirty. We had to buy a lot of materials (mop, squeegee, etc) to be able to clean the house in general. That wasn't good at all. - many ants scattered around the house (kitchen, living room, bedrooms, bathrooms). - there was a hairdryer, but it didn't work and we had to buy one. - the kitchen is not prepared to receive guests for a long period: there are no containers to serve food, very few pans, there was no coffee maker to make traditional American coffee (we bought one and left it for the house), there were no glasses of wine or champagne especially for our new year celebration (we bought a few and left it for future guests) the water filter is expired and asking for replacement, the kitchen wastebasket is broken and without batteries, the disposer in the sink works intermittently - there were no blankets in some rooms (the double bed on the ground floor did not have a blanket) - lack of hangers for long-term guest use - the shower curtain in the ground floor bathroom is too short, making the bathroom wet all the time. - the blinds on the windows in the house don't work well or are broken and would need to be replaced. Required updates to listing profile: - instructions on garbage collection dates in the condominium - update house door access password - instructions for opening the garage door

The property was in a nice area! Very safe in a gated community. It was a but further from the things we went to. Traffic was kind of a pain. The house itself was very beautiful. However the cleanliness of the house was not very good. There were dishes in the cupboard with food on them, sheets in the Paris Bedroom covered in a green wax like substance so our guests were unable to use it, there were ants in the kitchen crawling everywhere, there was also food splattered up the wall by the stove, all the lights were covered in dust. The bathrooms had very short shower curtains so water would make a mess. The pool and hot tub were not easy to use. There were no instructions on how to turn it on. We paid to be able to use it but were not able to because it wasn't user friendly. It just never worked. The pool water was also green as well. The games in the garage were unable to be played as well. They didn't turn on.

Truly amazing

The house was amazing from starting to end.. all the process was smooth and easy… The owner was extremely responsive when reaching out… definitely recommend this place especially if you’re on vacation with kids… we are for sure staying there again when visiting FL again..

A Great Getaway

House was nice and clean. Well equipped with things you needed. It was more than enough room. Kids enjoyed their time in the pool. Would highly recommend house to family and friends.

Upon arrival the a/c was turned off, not up, but completely off. Being Florida in July this made the home unbearable to be in. Turns out there is only one a/c unit for the entire two story home so the upstairs stayed in the 80s until the next day. We turned the air way down only to find when we showed back up that evening it had been changed to a high temp to where the upstairs was super hot again. There weren’t any hand towels in the bathrooms, it took google and YouTube to understand how to turn on the hot tub heater since everything seemed to be shut off and the owner wasn’t that helpful. One trash bag for an oversized trash can and one dishwasher detergent. The kitchen was missing quite a few normal items like a cheese grater or peeler. And the microwave was an oven style microwave that no amount of googling told us how to run it so technically there was no microwave. The ceiling fans only worked in two of the bedrooms, there aren’t curtains on all of the windows and the walk path was a tripping hazard. It was frustrating to have the air turned back up every day after we left and the parking is so tight that only two vehicles could fit and street parking was not great. Overall I would stay at a different place when we visit Orlando again.

Not the worth the price

Check in was easy. House decoration was beautiful however there are improvements that must be made. When we walked in the house was a staggering 85 degrees (temp should be at a comfortable level when guests arrive). We tried to cool down the house by cranking up the AC and turning on ceiling fans. Two ceiling fans wouldn't come on and I notified the owner. I was asked if I pulled the cord as though I didn't know how to operate a ceiling fan. I informed owner that only the light worked and got no response. Since it was so hot we had to abandon plans of hopping in the pool and leave so the house could cool down. Hours later on our return we finally went to the pool and found several blunt butts (yes from smoking weed) discarded around the pool. That was a fun conversation to have with my three kids!! We then went to play the games in the garage where we found discarded swim trunks and underwear in the basketball game area. Clearly the home wasn't cleaned well. My family rents vacation houses often and this house was not well stocked for the price. Kitchen utensils were lacking and though the description said linens were provided, there weren't adequate washcloths. We also paid an extra $100 to use a grill (first time ever) and the grill was filthy.

Great House for Big Families

The house is beautiful, what you see is what you get , a beautiful clean big house. Perfect for a big Family with kids. The pool was the perfect size. The kitchen is any chefs dream. Quiet and clean neighborhood. The Host was amazing, very helpful and quick response.We will definitely stay again.
