Welcome Home to your own Florida paradise!
This wonderful house comes with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms all on one level and a spacious 3 car garage ( Free Parking). The kitchen/breakfast nook and family area overlook the sunny pool deck and are very spacious for a family dinner. The living room comes with a 3-piece sectional sofa that can fit up to 9 people for a movie night. The sunny pool deck is paved with a shady lanai - ideal for al fresco dining, there is lots of room for sun loungers also. The pool deck overlooks the 9th hole of Highlands Reserve golf course and is an ideal spot to sit and sip your early morning coffee and watch the sun come up.

What makes this property unique

The whole house is yours, this is your space!
You have access to a 50" television in the living room. There are TVs in the separate bedrooms. There is a playroom with a ping-pong table. You also have your own backyard with an in-ground pool and BBQ grill ( you need to buy your own charcoal or propane tank).
