guest (2,500 coup;es), since joining the Hosting Business, initially with AirBnB, then more recently Booking.com & VRBO. I find it both interesting & rewarding to Host guest from around the world, here to visit Zion, NP.
My goal is to provide both a warm, welcoming experience to all my guest, visiting this area. On average, my hosting & accommodation objectives have resulted in a consistent AirBnB Guest review rating of 4.7 out of 5.0, as well as a Booking.com 7.6 out of 9 & VRBO average of 5.0.
Typically, Private Homes are not built for the needs of Hosting Guest, so my investment in my bedroom accommodations over the years required a sum of $65K, to remain competitive.
