Property is excellent and walking distance from everything u could wanna do downtown Stl. Equipped with video games, pool table to use at you’re discretion. Surrounded by great restaurants, the amazing BallPark Village, the grove area, soulard, and the city museum for the kids. Very spacious but no parties this is a residential building!

Perfect place for our family

In town for a 3 day event and enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, convenient loft. There was plenty for the family to do while there. It was enjoyed by all!!

Cozy home close to downtown and expressways. Place was as advertised and very comfortable place to hang out. Would definitely consider it for future stays.

Weekend downtown

Booked this property for an event at the dome. The location to all the downtown activities was good. The unit was exactly as described and was clean and well stocked. Other then a coffee pot lol. The pool table and video games were a great addition for the down times. The host helped with check in which was a little tricky. She was also very quick to answer any questions i had. I would definitely book this property again.

In town for one night

We came into St. Louis for a wedding and we wish we would have stayed longer! The property had so many fun things to offer like a pool table, video games, board games, fully stocked kitchen, etc. We didn’t have time to enjoy it all so we hope to stay again! The property manager (and family) were so kind during the check in process. Highly recommend!

Cardinal baseball game stay

Address wasnt what was listed it had moved which would have been ok but very limit instructions till got to property. Nothing sent beforehand. Upon entering building on the 8th floor there was an awful smell. Upon entering our unit broken pool cue on table and laundry on dresser. Finally got in unit around 4:30. Was told to leave keys in unit which we did and couldnt get out of parking garage unless we paid $60 which we did after texting contact and he told me to use common sense and didnt care about a bad review. Will not be back.

Disappointed

The day of our arrival the owner notified us of an address update. (The email was worded as if the original address we had been provided was an error.) We were switched 4 blocks further than our intended destination. We were switched from a 2 bed 2 bath to a 2 bed 1 bath. No explanation was given until I questioned. The original location had been trashed a few weeks prior and we were switched without explanation the day of arrival. We were not comfortable with the new location. It worked out ok but I would have NEVER chosen a 1 bath for 4 adults. The owner gave us a small penitence which did not make the switch ok and this was only done because I questioned. If I had not have known from the pictures that this was a different location - the owner would not have told us. I feel that we should have been offered a full refund with the decision to find another location. We would have had weeks to do so... We are very disappointed with the owner on this. We have used VRBO for 15 years plus and this is the first this has happened. I have ALWAYS gotten good reviews from the owners about how we leave a unit. I've hesitated to add this sentence... because I do NOT feel that there is anywhere safe anymore. With that said, there was a mass shooting in the next block of this unit. It was on the news the night after we returned home. We recognized the location, and I verified the address. But, as I stated, this can happen anywhere in our society. Isn't that sad?

Overall had a decent stay. Games as advertised. HUGE tv. Directions were a tad confusing. It could've been cleaner. However, there were plenty of parking spots in a covered garage area and it was a very convenient location! Very pleasant owner.

Very Nice Place

We had a great time. The place was very nice. We got confused on the parking and we called the host. He was very helpful and he got us were we needed to be. We will be back
