Gepflegt und geschmackvoll

Schöne kleine Wohnung, alles drin. Sehr freundliche Geste: Jura Kaffeemaschine mit Kaffeebohnen gefüllt. Mit Balkon. In der spannenden Neustadt. Zu Fuß oder mit Straßenbahn in die Altstadt. Gerne wieder!

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es gibt wirklich alles, was man braucht (sogar 2 Regenschirme 😀). Der Vermieter ist super nett. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. Mitten in der Neustadt, dennoch durch die Lage in zweiter Reihe absolut ruhig. Wir kommen wieder.

Tolle Ferienwohnung zentral gelegen

Ein riesen Lob an den Vermieter. Geschmackvolle und hervorragend eingerichtete FeWo. Super ruhig gelegen und trotzdem mitten im Zentrum der äußeren Neustadt. Wir haben 6 tolle Tage in Dresden verbracht. Danke dafür.

Perfektes Apartment in perfekter Umgebung für einen Urlaub in Szeneviertel Dresdens

Wir haben uns in dieser Ferienwohnung sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt! Die kleine Wohnung ist sehr gut und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles neu und von hochwertiger Ausstattung, die kleine Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit viel Geschirr, die bereitgestellten Kaffee- und Teespezialitäten sowie Pflegeprodukte erfüllen gehobene Ansprüche an ein Hotel. So was haben wir in einer Ferienwohnung noch nie gehabt! Das Apartment ist sehr sauber, die Lage perfekt - mitten in einer der lebendigsten Straßen der Dresdener Neustadt mit vielen Kneipen, hübschen Shops, hippen Bars, zahlreichen internationale Restaurants etc.. Die barocke Altstadt ist fußläufig erreichbar und zudem ist man perfekt mit Straßenbahn angebunden. Trotz der zentralen Lage sind Apartment und auch der Balkon absolut ruhig, da Lage im Hinterhaus und zum ruhigen Innenhof hin. Der Vermieter antwortet bei Fragen prompt, ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und schickte uns sogar noch vergessenen mitgebrachten Hausrat hinterher. Wir waren rundum glücklich mit unserem Kurzurlaub in Dresden... einzig das Wetter hätte schöner sein können, aber darum kann sich der freundliche Vermieter nun wirklich nicht auch noch kümmern! ;-) Vielen Dank und viele Grüße von F. und N. aus L.

Perfekte Wohnung im schönen Dresden

Wir waren für 5 Tage in Dresden und hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub, die Wohnung hat dazu beigetragen. Die Wohnung hat eine schöne Lage, ist super ausgestattet und die Anreise verlief problemlos. Der Parkplatz ist sehr praktisch und direkt zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden diese Wohnung immer weiter empfehlen.
